Never, ever tamp the coffee. Know what you're doing before making a video. Steam coming out the sides. Lol. You really don't know what you're doing.

Not weird at all. We dipped ours in a thick molasses based syrup and it was delicious.

This recipie really worked. Spent some time in Italy and love Moka Pots. I usually like a weaker expresso so did 2 tbsp of coffee about half the funnel. Cut the cocoa powder, cinnamon and sugar by half. Everything else the same, make about 2 mugs of mocha coffee.

My family has always sanitized their canning jars by washing them and then putting them in the oven on a cookie sheet at 275F/135C for 10 minutes, and then removing them, and adding the canning goods in while the jars are still warm. The lids arw boiled. This is vwry effective if you are doing large batches and don't have pots large enough for the jars.

Ive made hard candy tons of times. I pour on greased sheet and let cool before dropping pan to break into pieces, I’ve never scored. I dust pieces with powdered sugar to prevent pieces from sticking together

i just made mine today for the first time. i checked many recipes but stick to townsend´s one. after filtering i put the sauce on the stove for another 10minutes to reduce it even more, so it thickens up. i kinda dont like and understand why it has to be that thin and watery in consistency. no judging 😂 anyway it turned out quite nice and i cant wait to try out some dishes with this awesome sauce.

Right now making my first batch from 3 kilos of champignones, shrooms we call "foxes" and shiitake. I have green and red pepper, five habaneros, nutmeg, saffron, one spice that looks like star (dont know whats that in english), himalayan blood red salt, parsley and one juiced mango. Im pretty excited about the result.

I love this recipe I've added in some batches a tsp of vanilla some with marchino cherry juice some with cloves.. I loved them on salads and love them to cook with fish. It infuses such a delicate essence. I am always trying different flavors to infuse with.. I boil 4xs and let it boil for a couple of minutes to really eliminate the bitters and to have to use less sugar.. I am loving grapefruits but I as well enjoy oranges. I want to do a lemon lime blend .. 😉❤️❤️❤️
