Its funny, I started out hunting for arrowheads, after 40 years I started finding facial effigies on not only flint points, but gemstone, limestone, basalt etc… almost to the piece, the gemstones that I find, have an ancient peoples effigy on it. You can hardly find one that hasnt already been used for an effigy stone… Primitive Rock Art. It opened up a whole new passion for me, and most of them I refrain to cut on.

What are the odds that I just might have a small little nugget like this one at 0:43 ..... 😌 I accept whatever the Universe is throwing at me. In all shapes and forms. Regardless of the outcome, ""Thank You Universe""

Density for crystals and diamonds are very close, they kind of overlap... also diamonds from rever will not have that shiny metal look ... watch GIA video better than this info...

i found a 27 carat purple stone at a thrift store set in 14k gold I thought it was just costume jewelry until I tested it with two differint diamond testers and ran a specific gravity test it has a 3.92 specific gravity but i am still unsure of what it is and i dont know what to do with it. Any advice?

I am from minnesota. I just got 10 loads of gravel delivered. For our property. So far I have found a 56 lb banded jasper rock. And about 75 more lbs of different kinds of banded jasper and beautiful red jasper pieces ranging up to 25lbs. I love my gravel piles.
