Walked this route today. Half way up, I held open a gate for the farmer who appears in this TV episode. He was in his Land Rover heading back towards Dufton. My claim to fame 😊

I know there's plenty of choice here on KZread but your videos lack any shots of you actually doing a walk, it's all drone shots.

I did the PW back in 1996 and it was the most memorable adventure ive ever done. I would recommend staying in Youth Hostels to get the full experience of meeting others. On my first night out on the PW at Crowden YHA I remember playing Trivial Pursuit against an Oxford University Professor.

You appear to have missed out the horrendously ugly Loxley Hydro Ltd generator which has wrecked the view at the weir behind the sheltered accommodation.Sanctioned by Sheffield City Council planners it is supposed to power a house or two but if you study the figures in the planning documents their is not often enough water to run it according to the Environment Agency licence. As the Agency has in.writing said it has no record of enforcement the weir is often dry but the turbine runs anynway.Interestingly illegal mechanical dredging of the river which has fish including trout did not result in any prosecution.

I can also recommend Cauldron Falls at West Burton, not far south of Aysgarth. There's a small car park very close by and access to the falls is level, so it's a good one for those with limited mobility.

Don't follow the worldly trends follow Jesus Christ today There is no security or hope with out Jesus Christ in this world come and repent of all sins today Today is the day of salvation come to the loving savior Today repent and do not go to hell Come to Jesus Christ today Jesus Christ is only way to heaven Repent and follow him today seek his heart Jesus Christ can fill the emptiness he can fill the void Heaven and hell is real cone to the loving savior today Today is the day of salvation tomorrow might be to late come to the loving savior today John 3:16-21 16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. 18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. 19 And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. 20 For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. 21 But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God. Mark 1.15 15 And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel. 2 Peter 3:9 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. Hebrews 11:6 6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him. Jesus

I wonder which particular walk or waterfall this was? As the information board at the beginning doesn't say, it's just gives general information rather than specific, but looks lovely though. Any advice appreciated though and really nicely put together video.

Did this Saturday. Reverse of what I did last year. Stunning walk, even if clouds were low as they often are around there, so you dont get the views you see in this video. The bad step is slightly challenging especially in icy wet conditions .
