  Just found this video, very impressive. watched some other video's on the area, was very impressed, with the beautiful farm land and the prime property for development . I just read the crime rate in Las Vegas is 93% higher than the national rate. you guy have the opportunity to expand and developed more casino's and draw more growth and visitors to this beautiful area. NV having a shortage of water ,gives you guys the upper hand for growth. thanks for the video

  Lol…The road to get there is what she didn’t mention.. a long 12-1/2 mph drive through an unpaved road, atleast when you get to the end its very pretty💙
