Great Systems Healthy Workplace Resources
I created Great Systems to help leaders at all levels create healthy workplaces. All too often, people spend their daily work time at a stressful job. My goal is to share simple and proven best practices from the best organizations. I want to help you make kaizen a daily workplace habit and sustain improvement over time.
It all starts with a solid NextGen Leader Standard Work foundation. This foundation supports each leader's daily work team engagement, proactive process improvement, and safety / risk management efforts. Plus, it helps break down departmental silos and minimize daily process waste. Finally, it helps foster positive, inclusive, and innovative workplace environments.
Done effectively, the result is a set of integrated and optimized daily work systems. However, I too often see elaborate work systems fail miserably. Plus, our work systems often run on old tech. Fortunately, simple work systems can consistently produce great results!
