How do you take the Oregano oil?
I buy the really good kind, first of all. P73 Wild grown Mediterranean brand. I put 5 drops in a capsule three times a day (sometimes four times a day at onset of infection) and do for ten days. I do as much time as I would for antibiotics. Obviously check with your doctor if you have any concerns.

Never in my life got it as a kid. As an adult just recently I've been getting strep 5 times in the past 8m AND I'm Sick of all the meds I'm putting in my body to help aliviate the symptoms. My children have been getting it with me too so yes, it is a vicious cycle. I'm glad I stumbled on your video, thank you for sharing.
I hope it helps! This is my tried and true method...it hasn't failed me. However, I don't mess around with my kids if they have strep. I have a hard time getting them to take the oregano oil consistently. Good luck!

It hasn't yet been removed by KZread. I will say years later and I still use this, and it's just as effective. I got strep throat two years ago when all my kids got it. I did this protocol- my kids went on antibiotics, and we got over it in the same amount of time.

I have tried that as well, to no avail. I almost wonder if it's because my eggs are super fresh, sometimes from the barn that morning.

Being saved and being a disciple of Christ are two different things. Salvation is realizing your sin condition and calling on the Lord to save you.

One thing that I wish would be normalized more is living with your parents. I’m in my mid 20s and don’t wanna move out until I have enough money to buy a town house and even the. I don’t wanna live more than an hour away from my parents. I live in a really idyllic small New England town and I couldn’t imagine myself living too far away from that. I’ve traveled but I have a nostalgic feeeling seeing the people I grew up with. I’m talking about the people I went to middle school and elementary school with. We were known as the farm kids from the people in other towns 😂
Adults living with parents is becoming more popular. Cost of living is so high....there are definitely so many pros.

I feel like i am concerned about being too strict or too permissive. I saw as a Nanny more parents extremely permissive and the kids were disasters. I had 2 families as a Nanny that were balanced, and they had great kids. Growing up in church, I saw parents who were too strict raise kids who rebel. So with M....I am re- evaluating and questioning in my head! I want to be balanced with her. I keep telling myself, " Remember to pick your battles! ". Lol. ❤ This was a very good episode. You guys are doing a great job as parents. It is encouraging to see your kids are growing up loving the Lord.

I have actually switched up my hair care routine for summer. I am washing once a week with rhassoul clay, after oiling it overnight with a recipe Katherine Niven lists in one of her videos. I use a natural curl serum, a natural curl smoothie cream, and regular gel after I wash. I put it in a bun at night and refresh my curls in the morning by fluffing with my fingers. I use regular hairspray. I usually wear my hair down and curly for a few days, and in protective braids for the last few days. Katherine niven is who I am watching for my tips!
I’d love a Christian cruise 😌😊 something that I love about cruising is that you get a taste of all different islands. I definitely want to see Aruba 🇦🇼 I also want to try scuba diving and I’ve heard Bonaire is the place to do it. I went snorkeling for the first time and absolutely loved it.
We went snorkeling in Hawaii and it was amazing! I loved it!
