Hi Joanne. I love your channel and have picked up many a great tip and new stitches from you - pistachio stitch being my favourite. May I ask you please, I am about to start a square baby blanket but I would like it to be bigger but still square. Is there a ratio to the amount of stitches added to the amount of extra rows you would knit? If, saying were to add 10 stitches, would I knit an extra 10 rows. I’m hoping you can help me please. Jane from Scotland.
Sorry, forgot to mention it’s a knitted blanket.
It's a lovely caplet. Thank you.
😅
Genial ❤❤❤
This was so helpful!! Thank you 🙏🏼
Good forum for this type of instruction...repetition in a constant loop.
Thank you , this was very helpful, easy to follow while listening to your soothing voice. God bless 🙏
Exactly what i was looking for. Thank you
👌🏽🙏🏽
This tutorial was so helpful! Thank you!!!
Thank you for sharing lovely lady ❤
Please knit from beginning .
It's a matter of casting on the stitches and on the first row you knit every stitch from the front and from the back of the stitch so you end up with double the amount. Start with the pattern after that as I show on the video.
Very confusing the😢the patter does not match what you are knitting can you explain I’m not great reading chart but it still does match the written 😢😢😢
Hi teacher can I have this pattern from the beginning pretty please dear love this pattern
Cast on your stitches and immediately start with the pattern as explained. You can cast on any way you wish. I used the long tail method.
Lovely! Can I do this in the round? Can you explain, please. Thank you!
When you knit in the round, you knit the odd number rows as the pattern shows. When you knit the even number rows, you do the opposite of what the pattern shows. That is: you purl the knits and knit the purls.
Thank god I get an instructor who speak English. ❤❤
thank you Joanne , I thought I was doing the bins off wrong as I put the yarn to the back

Love this! How many should I cast on for an infinity scarf in the round that I want to be ~65"?
Thank you Joanne for that pattern, I've made 5 pairs so far.😊
You are amazing at explaining. Thanks
Beautiful stitch. Thank you
Love and sure miss you guys. I hope you all are okay
Thanks, to the point. Loved watching.
Ma’am, thank you SO much! I found an old baby burp cloth with directions and this was the best way to increase the first stitch. I almost gave up on the project after watching other videos over and over, then I came across yours. Thank you again!
Great tutorial. The best, in fact! And easy to follow. Thank you.
Is this a beautiful simplified version of that Long Tail Cast On??
Gòod instructor keep it up
I want to make this in round …will it be the same without the purl st
Yes. On even number rows, you knit instead of purl.
Thank you... what an adorable stitch
Oh! It's very similar to starting to crochet! This is very helpful
this is a single crochet, not double.
New subscriber. Love your work. ❤
