Wow dude what a view. Amazing!
Well, they fixed all the things that you had a problem with so this video should be changed or a retraction kind of thing
It wasn’t just me but multiple people had issues with venting and condensation or the windows. I am glad to see the new ownership of GFC making positive changes after there were so many requests 🤟🏽
I just saw your truck in Kalispell on my home from work.
Small world!
I watched your video yesterday on about your Eco Flow power station, which one do you like better? Eco Flow or Anker?
Anker. The power ports all on the front of the power station and app its self is top notch.
Can you get a rack for the top of this tent?
Sure can. Really universal as well since the track on the top and sides isn’t proprietary. You can do Yakima bars or I know some people do DIY kits for like $150 for 3 bars.
@@hunter_pauley awesome one more question do you know about how much weight can be on top while it's popped up?
@@rileyportera475 this info should be on the Super Pacific website 🤟🏽
So beautiful! I didn't realize it still snowed in MT in June. I am bracing for 100+ degrees temps here in TX.😕 Love the disco from Ikamper. I am planning on getting one for my birthday! Thanks for sharing!
The snow storm was a weird one off one for sure! You will love the disco. It’s quickly become my favorite piece of cookware!
Yet another great video. Loved it.
Appreciate it 🤝🏽
Damm brotha love your setup! Much appreciate it!
Love your content! I’ve said those exact words about Montana, it’s beauty just takes root in your heart .. I’ve definitely gotten emotional on a few hikes there that I felt so grateful to experience… i believe God is there with us showing us and reminding us of the beauty he created for us and wants to share with us, and I think the gratitude over takes us making us emotional 🥰
Thank you for the videos and all the effort you put into them. I'd be selfish and grab a cup of coffee and head to the shore to enjoy the view or sunrise and not film. I appreciate all the time and effort in finding a view, backtracking to set up the camera, then walk into the shot, stand around, then retrieve the camera and repeat the process. Same thing with the driving shots. You recognize the cool driving shot, stop and set up the camera, then turn around and drive back so you can get the shot. All the while dodging tourists. Nice. And the friggen snowman was hilarious, damn near spewed my coffee.
Your support doesn’t go unnoticed! 🤝🏽
Absolutely crushed this one dude! Really enjoyed watching
Thank you for the support Kai! It never goes unnoticed man. 🤝🏽
Love the style You inspire me with my own projects! Leaving a sub!
Thank you! Appreciate the sub and support 👋🏽
@@hunter_pauley Anytime my dude!
Nice vid, Hunter! Glacier looks epic.
Thank you Chris!
We boost is a scam and total garbage , don’t waste your money people
where"s your traveling buddy .4 legged. we have a chocolate labradoodle
In the national parks, they can’t roam freely so much of his time in this video was spent on leashed walks unfortunately.
Man such a beautiful video! Relaxing too, was great to take a break from the stressful work day for this.
Appreciate the support! It was wicked fun to get to film the snow. It was an unreal experience in the moment!
@@hunter_pauley I bet!
Its absolutely I N S A N E to me that an $8k TENT wasn't good enough so you had to go buy a $14k TENT. This industry is terrible.
Welcome to inflation. Also, the more time you spend in ANY hobby, I would say there is a correlation that you end up investing more in the long run. Look at ANY sport or hobby like fishing, skiing, etc. You push a product to its limits and upgrade to something better suited for your needs. Thanks for watching!
Oh my gosh, that shot of you in the beginning standing on the stump 😘🤌! I yelled out “ooo” at my TV. And then the next morning. That mountain in the morning light! Fantastic! I hope you got lots of shots to frame back at home. And thank you for the dinner idea, I think I can do that in a cast iron pan, but maybe I’ll get the disco someday. 😎 -Chris⛰️🚙
Like always, appreciate the support and watch! You could 100% make that meal in a cast iron pan!
What’s the black multicam roll up?
It’s linked in the description. Not for kitchen stuff specifically but that’s how I use it
Wow, this is so peaceful and the scenery is beautiful! Love the grill! How far in advance would you have to book a reservation for a spot like this especially at Glacier? Weekday camping is ideal for sure! Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for the kind words!!! Spots at Kintla and Bowman are first come, first serve. I just came from Many Glacier and Two Medicine and was able to snag spots at both the day prior as they release sites about 4 days in advance for some.
Wow that expensive compared to the gfc
Depends on your usage and what is “worth it” for the person. I am already at 40 nights in the SP for 2024 and it’s been a great upgrade not only from features but also comfort. Thanks for watching!
🤜🤛❤️👀
Very cool 😎
Beautiful baby 💕
So cute!
Can you still go to a drive through car wash with your solar and awning on the side? Thanks man. Nice set up
Don’t recommend it mainly because of the chemicals they also use. It can be really harsh on the exterior of any camper.
Some good looking tacos! Kind of you for the shout out. Enjoy your content! Keep it up. 👍🏻
Appreciate the support Chris! Loving the skottle so much!
Awesome video and that place is beautiful, thanks for sharing, and I still laugh your out in the wilderness eating better than I do at home haha 😂
Haha I do love cooking outside. Food also always taste like 10x better as well!
Very nice video, I'm going to start calling you the gadget man, demo guy. Good job.
Love the name! Gonna have more gadgets to throw at you very soon.
Just added this place to my list! Thanks for sharing bro 🙏
Absolutely! It’s a beautiful place for sure.
looking good man!!
Are you originally from Montana?
Parents moved here when I was 2 years old. Been here 25+ years now so it’s all I know.
I can only dream of being there. How beautiful 😍
Video drop with second cup of coffee. Nice! Dude, I bet that lake water was cold! I was streamside in Copper Basin (Ketchum) last week and lasted less than 15 seconds in the stream. Freezing! Of course the first thing the lab did EVERY morning was walk in the stream before breakfast. I am looking at a smaller solar powered unit for everyday trips. I found a Jackery 1500 w/two 100 watt panels online at Costco for $1500. It normally runs $2400. Im thinking a 300 or 500 will be enough. The 1500 is still at 100% from a March trip to Utah.
Water was ice cold for sure! Make sure it’s the jackery that fast charges and not their older style unit. That is one thing I do like a lot on newer units is the fast ac wall charging when needed. Costco is also great about backing the product and returns if ever needed.
Hunter got a fresh cut!!!!
Sure did!
What dog bed is that?
Black Lab Brands!
That was an amazing view. I’ve only been past Glacier on the train 😢. Hope to get there myself and explore. It’s definitely on my list of National Parks to visit. Also: you asked me to give you a review of the Mountain House Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Sandwich that you featured in a past video. I finally got to try it when I went camping in Sam A. Baker State Park here in MO last weekend. I liked it. It was both crunchy like a cookie, and I thought I was eating an ice cream sandwich, which I was. Drinking water while eating did enhance things. 😂. Thanks again for your videos. -Chris⛰️🚙
You have to make it out for sure! Nothing else quite like it. And yes, you really need some water when eating the ice cream bar 😂. It’s weird for it not to be cold, yet taste like the real thing. It’s a mind trip at first.
How effective is your 100 watt solar panel. On a sunny day, could it fully re-charge your Anker during the day?
No it wouldn't. I have seen peak of 80w from the one panel on a sunny day. The anker is 1024wh, so 9 hrs x 80w = 720wh. I would expect up to 50% charge. Will be doing a power overhaul here soon though and hopefully working with a company on the solar setup.
Disco!
It’s amazing. I am honestly hooked on this thing now.
It’s beautiful, until you remember you’re in Montana
Montana is amazing.
I love your channel 😊
Appreciate the support 🙏🏽🙏🏽
No-see-ums mesh is not “no see” for privacy… “No-see-ums” are bugs and the mesh refers to them not getting in. That mesh is extremely small.
Yup - someone already mentioned this awhile back.
@@hunter_pauley fair enough. Didn’t see it
❤❤❤❤
😊
Great info! I’m not sure if you knew that Super Pacific states this on their FAQ page “We do not support the AluCab Shadow Awning due to the excessive weight it places at the rear of the camper.” I’m looking at the FSR 270° because of this.
Didn’t know this! Thanks for bringing it up!
Hey Hunter, I just picked up my Super Pacific a few days ago and i super stoked! I wanted to run my water setup in a similar way to yours. I was wondering what size Volie straps you used to secure the water jug to the molly panel. thanks!
Hey Sam! I just updated the description with a link to the straps I used for mine. I used 2 of the 36in ones. Also, Blake sells great little 3D printed feet that help it stay in place and a bit higher on the molle panel. His Etsy is linked in the bio as well.
@@hunter_pauley Got them both ordered, thanks again! Sourcing lots of inspiration fom your build as i start on mine.
@@Sam-fc9if of course! Reach out if you have more questions.
I love you set up. I end up going with a Harker Outdoors Exo because I loved their Dirt Circuit power system with solar. So convenient
Heck yea! I don’t see too many Harkers out in the wild up in Montana. Glad to hear you’re loving it 🤟🏽
Would the Super Pacific storage bags work on a regular molle panel? Can’t find pictures of what the back side looks like.
The Velcro would be too wide to fit in a regular Molle panel imo.
Nice build and thanks for sharing. Would the roof gear storage from SP work with the gfc using the proprietary t-nuts? Was the driver side drawer layout to accommodate the diesel heater. I’ve read folks adding storage unit / drawers to the passenger side to balance the weight of the fuel tank.
Thank you! You know, it likely would work because you can adjust it. The SP is slightly wider than the GFC but I see no reason why it wouldn't work on the GFC. Much cheaper than the VNCLR option people often buy as well. The layout on the side is just how the Goose Gear came set up. It worked well because I have the diesel heater on the passenger side which is naturally where they tacoma cubby sits. Weight wise, yes it is slightly better to "balance" out the weight more on the passenger but many lift kits also help compensate for this now by adding a little bit of extra lift on the driver side.
Thanks appreciate that.
