  Just a quick suggestion - after watching 16 minutes of this video. This video isn't interactive at all, the video is quite boring, questions were way less and the interview seemed as a one way communication. My opinion totally but felt not worth watching way till end

  What do you prefer? A structured work atmosphere with sufficient resources and support; or autonomy and flexibility? If your answer is former, then go for a Lawfirm job. If your answer is latter, go independent. If learning, seeking mentorship and networking opportunities is an immediate need, then Lawfirm is more suitable for you. However, if hierarchy and pressure makes you uncomfortable and you seek direct interaction with the client with no specified billing targets, then you may choose to go independent and start your solo practice. Solo practice on one side gives you the flexibility of keeping a larger share of profits as there’s no profit sharing involved; it also, however at times leads to isolation. If you enjoy camaraderie and collaborative efforts then working in a Lawfirm might be more suitable for you. Remember, one shoe doesn’t fit all.   You Shouldn't prepare for Judiciary exam because- 1. It's Highly Competitive 2. Takes a LOT of Time and Effort 3.
