You have to be able to SEE where the ball is at all times. Expect the fake throws and a lot of sneaky stuff. Don't trust anyone on the opposing team!!!!! We were taught this in the Little League!!!!

He will not be able to fake that player a second time because the next time the player will be there with a defensive mind set. He will be expecting him to try and pull some sneaky crap!!!! A runner is on first base the coach will also be on the look out too!!!!! When the runner is on first his coach will remind "Watch out for this dude, don't trust him for even once second!!!! If he tries to engage you in a conversation don't trust him, he is just trying to disrupt your concentration on what is happening on the field!!!!

"But the damage is done." And that's the problem. The umpires and refs admitting their fault doesn't change the outcome.
