I'm not sure the play phones are needed seems like another distraction. Worksheets are good with during reading.

They are not paying attention you should have taken the book away from each of them and given them a work sheet to do with the story.

I love this lesson. It looks like a "shared reading" lesson I would use in my classroom. What is the difference between the Intentional Read Aloud and a traditional "Shared Reading Lesson?"

With a shared reading lesson, students have access to read the print with you, either in the form of a big book, or enlarged projected pages from the book or their own copy of the text

This seems so unrealistic, since you have at least 2 other adults in the room ensuring that students are quiet during the Guided Reading portion of the program.
