What happened
Prayers 🙏🙏🙏
Good bless
You talk too much!
it's a reaction channel. Reacting to a song I assume you've already heard is the point of the channel. but, okay, noted.
I love this song.
My dad was a Navy Man in WWII.❤❤
Bless your Dad for his service.
I love 💕 all of Toby Keith's music 🎶❤
Rest in peace Toby Keith!❤❤
I love your channel
Thank you so much! That means a lot to me.
Fire pit! Sounds like a good goal.
I've certainly heard of this group, but not familiar with their music. I get the Devo reference at the start. After that, sounded more like AHA to me.
True!
love the energy in this track.
7:40 This song and video are steeped very heavily in Twenty One Pilots lore that they’ve been building upon for many years and many albums… understanding what the video is telling us there at the end is hard to understand without a lot of that background lol. I will say that the ending synth track heard in this video is a callback to their My Blood song, and the video itself also parallels the story told in the music video for that other song as well! 😅 That’s would be a cool one to see you react to as well!
Thanks for that feedback, and it's a good point. It's hard for me to get the lore of a band I don't listen to without doing research, and I'd rather blind react. I can tell you the lore of Dan Fogelberg, Harry Chapin, or Jimmy Buffett etc - but not this band. Good to meet you.
Hey Dad! Cool concept for a channel. 😊 I’m a 48 year old dad myself… been a HuGE TøP fan since 2015 and am always pushing their music on my kids… 😂 One of the cool things about this band is their ability to speak to fans of all ages!
Thanks for the feedback! Good to meet you. This one was for my DIL, who is a fan.
yela is the man check out more of his work
Thank you for the comment. I look forward to hearing more from Yela. Was this one typical of his work, or atypical?
Yela's team immediately rejected my Copyright dispute under fair use doctrine. So I won't likely do another.
What’s the difference between a hormone and an enzyme?
Dad's answer: I don't know?
Sending this to my dad
Her name ❤?
Can’t say online,
Do fun stuff with and ur granddaughter it will be an amazing series

I am from Mayfield. I have been into Jason Isbell for a while. Glad to find another great reason music is therapy. I swear I had already mentioned isbell.
I think the message of the video is that she has seen the goodness of God over the course of her lifetime in the care He has provided for her and her family through their generations! First, her husband comes out followed by their children and then her grandchild. I believe the video is perfectly married to the lyrics! It shows the care and love of God across generations in her family.
David Gilmour? Is that you??
Uh, no. :)
Harry Chapin song I heard decades ago: kzread.info/dash/bejne/kYWWxLOGqLa4cZM.html
Beyonce was born and raised just outside of Houston, Texas. I'm sure she knows about dive bars.
Thanks for listening.
It was when toby and Clint were playing golf that Clint told him how he keeps going at 88.
Megan is playing a lap steel. She started with the dobro when they did bluegrass with their older sister as the Lovell Sisters before Larkin Poe.
Ngl thou that song is lit
From what I know my fam has served every war from ecivil war to present. It’s heart crushing to see the disrespect some Americans show to the flag and those who sacrificed for them to live in relative freedom compared to any other country.
It is heart crushing indeed. Just look at West Point Academy removing "Duty, Honor, Country" from the mission statement last week. I honestly don't know where it's all headed. thank you for watching.
Reactions to any of his songs would be epic.
Don’t be so cynical dad. Lighten up!😮
Okay. I thought I was pretty light. But, Okay.
Note to self, based on comments: Pass on Beyonce from here out.
she has made some of the most acclaimed albums in music history in the past decade.
Did I say otherwise? I thought I liked the song.
Beyonce is country she might not be pick up truck country but shes as southern as it gets lol
Sure she is. This was promoted as her first country song. How was she in the business this long, and "country" and this is her first country song?
@heydadchannel actually it's not her first country song🙂mr
Toby wrote this song for Clint Eastwood in 2018. Clint was just turning 88 and Toby asked him how he kept working and Clint said "I don't let the old man in". Toby went home, wrote this song and sent it to Clint. Clint liked it and put it in this movie, "The Mule". I am sure Toby had no idea this would apply to his situation a few years later. RIP Toby.
Great story. Poignant.
What? lol Not every country person have a truck. Doesnt using TRUCK sound very typical and like everyone else? Why cant anyone be a BOUJIE country person with a LEXUS? lol always tryna put people in boxes. People do whatever they want. white, country, black, asian, city, any person can do whatever they want while still being country
Fair enough. Dad is not bougie. I don't have a Lexus. I don't see many of them around here in corn country. But, okay. Valid feedback.
AMEN
and she's talking about dancing. what r u talking about.
u r missing the point, She is calling all the pretenders to park your Lexus and throw your keys up. come on home and do the dance. BEYONCE IS FROM TEXAS. THIS IS PROBABLY HER FIRST MUSIC as a child. they run into the dive because it has air-condition. . u have no frame of reference. u should not be doing the review.
I am very likely missing the point. Sure. I don't know every artist and their background, though I have been around a long time. I appreciate the help and feedback. I'd suggest perhaps if you need a "frame of reference" to appreciate a song then perhaps the artist didn't get a point clearly across. Shouldn't lyrics be clear and standalone in the song itself? Anyway, I did like the song in genera. Thanks for listening.
Very inspiring. But also morbid. Tim Bergling died by his own hand at a very young age.
Tragic indeed.
'promo sm' 💐
She's From Friggen TEXASs son. She rides horses and ALL THAT GOOD OL" BOY STUFF. GEEZ DAD
Cool. Didn't know that. But the song's not about Texas is it? "This ain't Texas". What's it about?
Ty for your service and reaction!
The Eagle is screaming and headed to DC. It stops this year. Patriots are a stubborn bunch. We will die on our feet, before we ever live on our knees. I'm 68, and I've been a Texas patriot since childhood.
God Bless You. My dad was a B-17 pilot in WWll.
RIP Toby!!! You are a legend and your music will never die! I am from generations of military. Thank you for your service and for all those families who supported them while they served!
The eagle will fly.
this is a song i listen to every mornin to get my day going! another one is "Holy Water" by We The Kingdom. you'd like that one, so would your wife, as she has great taste in music, so far! thank you for your service to our great country!
Thank you for the kind words. I come back to this song often. So good.
Thank you for your service sir.
I was grateful for the opportunity to serve. Thank you.
