I don't really agree with the "they HAD to do it." They were already very generous with the rewards prior to the free 5* selector. It's quite common for games to have a few problems at release; it didn't even bother me that much, considering that they were pushing out hotfixes for the problems encountered. The game was hyped for quite a while even before release, so to say that they HAD to do it is quite a stretch. Kuro didn't need to do it, but the fact that they did shows what kind of developers they are. Genshin could never.
@GoatLiffy4 күн бұрын
Imo they HAD to do it or else that hype is just gonna lose out pretty quickly. YES, it would've been a pure generous move if Hoyo hadn't been pushing anything, but like I said, they had to do it to battle against the hype Genshin is picking with 4.7. The difference in generosity between giving you pulls to start the game, with straight up giving you a free 5 star is rather big, which makes this the ultimate GIGA brain marketing move as well, because this was the sort of thing that cause ToF to die so quickly as well. There just wasn't enough incentive for people to move away from something they've spent so much time in (in this case , Genshin), and start off something new. With the free selector however, Kuro is making sure that they go through the initial wave of launch uncertainty, with the majority of their playerbase intact. You might not have encountered the more egregious problems others are facing, ones that straight up prevented people from playing the game, and this is not something that Genshin had problems with, even at the very beginning. Which placed more onus on Kuro to do something big, and they chose correctly! That being said, I will agree that Genshin could never :P unless this made them actually start doing something like that, then I'm just fucked xD

Besides, who's to say that the Japanese aren't rooting for teams that they genuinely wanna support? From what I saw, there are more than plenty of hardcore fans of certain teams that popped up in Tokyo and they were Japanese. Home fans can end up supporting their favorite teams instead, unless you're assuming that home crowds ALWAYS has to support home teams. No one's demanding approval from anyone. We just don't want a silent event when there are other places that could give much more of a show of support for the game.
@@GoatLiffy don't watch it then? BR and CN teams will probably play like 5% of all their international games with home crowd advantage, teams from latam might never even do that, if it irks you that much, just stay put in your bubble for a while until the status quo returns. crowds will continue to be like that regardless of how much we discuss about it.
@@zanesc01 Okay, good talk. Very sound solution. Avoid the problem instead of addressing it, cool! You got nothing from what I shown from other home crowds in the video, and that's fine! Let's just agree to disagree at this point then.
I was hesitant to press that button because I genuienly wanted to see what all the talking was about. You get cool art scenes if you follow the clues, and his moral concept in the right or wrong side is interesting. So far he seems like a very manipulative character lol
I was just curious if the game would actually just skip stuff and go for it. Surprised pikachu face when it actually did xD
@@GoatLiffy right?? I kinda wish there was like a separate scene that wouldve been cool!!!
@@bunnycute9218 Ahaha I didn't really mind it in the end, I'm already overloaded with other lores so I'm just braindeading my way through the wuwa story rn lol
@@GoatLiffy REAL! honestly try so hard to enjoy the story but theyre all so complex. Its like i have to reread the vocab before I start any mission lol
That’s normal in every real sport tournament
Solution: Do not host VCT in certain regions. ESPECIALLY BRAZIL
the chat was so toxic against the crowd during fut vs drg
Lmfaooo this happened to me yesterday running SU world 4 with my Kafka/Black Swan/Gallagher/Aventurine team. I was absolutely flabbergasted
Nihility is absolute king lmao
Keren bang videonya, but unfortunately, it is happening in shanghai right now.
Ooof, let's just hope it gets better... makasih dah nonton bos :D
@@GoatLiffy sama2 bang, also rare banget liat content creator valo nonton dota 2 juga. Gw dulu nonton ti 6 sampe ti 10 habis itu switch main valo sama lanjut nonton esport valo. You did very great research and yeah LITERALLY shanghai venuenya sama persis TI9 shanghai.
@@armandf.s4036 I watched til TI9 and kinda went out of dota esports after that, barely played the game either :P Thanks again for the compliment :D
i saw this, it just sneaked up behind me but then he just swam off😟 gave me a kiss on the forehead ig
I can't man, my heart dropped to my ass
@@GoatLiffy HELP😭😭
READ YOUR TOOLTIPS! lol, ffxiv df trauma is acting up. But yeah, according to hearsay I heard on Reddit (lol) there is a a-larger-than-expected size of the playerbase, regardless of their excuses/attitude/reasons, don’t explore any deeper than the pixelated snow/grass on how game mechanics work. or Those who just leave red dots everywhere. I know it to be true, because if FFXIV can attract these neanderthals, then so can any other game in any other genre. Good video though. Very chill, much cushion energy
EUs and NAs are scared lmao
after such good crowd from last year masters, shanghai crowd is just a major letdown :(
Has it been silent? I haven't had the time to really watch any of it...
@GoatLiffy GenG vs FPX just now:the bias was definitely there.Life could've pick his nose on stage and they still cheer, but went library mode when Meteor nail a 4k sheriff.
@@muhammadazrafbinmohdakmam4772 xD That's an image if there ever was one
@@muhammadazrafbinmohdakmam4772 yea, i know it was a home crowd team vs other region team. but it's kinda sad that when other teams played each other it is almost silent or few sounds from the arena :(
rill cuyy, crowd hari ini one sided doang kwoekeokaweokeawooeaw
Yaaa emg gimana lagi bos xD
china pretty much same as brazil at least they dont leave the arena for now vct shanghai they cheer for now since many strong team until china team become strong that would be same story as brazil
