    Is your re-kanken still intact up to this date, even if you're putting a laptop and camera in it? I am planning to buy one for the same purpose.

    Huge fairplay for making this video ! when we were pregnant on our first Lad (almost 13 years ago😵‍💫 )we watched hours of "1 born every minute" he had to be forceps, the second lad a few years later was a 37 week induction and the last fella almost 6 year later again was breached so he had to come out the sunroof as the say !! the pic at 21.57 you can see the amazement and love in Seans eyes ! Its an amazing feeling that im so greatful for having experienced the same feeling ! and also having 2 miscarriages between the 3boys, so very thoughtful for those who are not as lucky as us ! I hope plenty of new mums to be will see this and be inspired .

    Thank you so much, birth is definitely a whirlwind, it’s crazy how every birth can be so different to the next isn’t it? One born every minute 😅 that show, I have mixed feelings about 😅 probably the reason I am sharing my story because it scared me so much when I watched it😌 Pat I am so sorry you guys experienced two miscarriages, that is so tough and devastating to go through, thank you for opening up and sharing with us ❤ I hope you are both okay and received the support you needed

    @@hayleyslucinda believe it or not the best support was talking to people is amazing how common it is and as in birth every1 is completely different ! More talk and more openness is what will help the next generation more ! Imagine what your grandparents would of said about having Sean present at the birth horrified .My man I worked with passed a few year ago at 75 had 3 children and 6 grandkids never once changed a nappy in his life "that was the womans place" Thankfully we have come along way . Hope you all have a great weekend .🙂

    Also a winter hiker in Ireland and Scotland. I have Haglofs clothing, super natural base layers, smartwool socks and I also wear Meindl or Scarpa boots. Although Scarpa are easier to get in EU 48 than Meindl. My current winter boots are Litepeak Pros, which can take a grivel semi auto crampon, and I also wear Scarpa Zodiacs. I use Black Diamond trekking poles, Suunto nav watch and an old fashioned Suunto compass as a backup with some decent OSI maps. All that goes in a nice Mammut pack which I find fits very comfortably.

    I will soon be walking the entire Wicklow Way. Would it be a good idea to bring hiking poles or would they just be unnecessary on the route?

  • @hayleyslucinda

    Very excited for you Jacob it's absolutely stunning! Yeah I would have been lost without mine! Depends on your needs! How many days do you plan to do the route? In my eyes it's no harm they can always be strapped to your pack if you don't need them and the are fairly lightweight!

  • @hayleyslucinda
    @hayleyslucinda2 жыл бұрын

    I know you can get large dry bags to basically line your pack but I use a variety of sizes and brands just to separate and organise my pack, I got random ones from amazon I think, you should be able to get them in most outdoor stores too!

    Hi really good review I personally don't like my bag as there is no side access to your clothes and no bag cover so for the price of £100 plus there are much better bags,. I am thinking of purchasing a new bag for Camino in June

  • @hayleyslucinda
    @hayleyslucinda2 жыл бұрын

    Hi Sharon, thanks for your comment! nope it doesn't have side access or bag cover which may be frustrating for some, but for me comfort outweighs those cons! Hence why I love osprey so much, I do believe they have other bags with side access! Good luck on the camino!!

    The forest beckons us, fills our thoughts. You can't stay at home anymore! You literally rip your jacket and backpack off the rack. You go on a journey where there are no people, and nature is especially beautiful. The smell of last year's wet needles and leaves is carried by warm air, which permeates you with a strong stream. You cannot get enough of it. The forest accepts us as we are. We are his guests, not his hosts. And we are grateful to him. How can it be boring for someone in this world to look at a drawing of veins on a green leaf for several hours?
