The Stellar Guitarist

The Stellar Guitarist

Hi, my name is Amber, also known as the Stellar Guitarist! I teach beginner guitar lessons here on KZread to help you become a more confident, creative and focused musician. I have a passion for teaching and seeing my students succeed by reaching their guitar goals. I have been teaching beginners for the past 8 years, inspiring and encouraging them to learn songs that they want to play and making sure the process is above all, FUN!

My teaching style has always been to keep my lessons short, sweet and simple. Going slowly and breaking things down step-by-step is what motivates and encourages students to keep going, while at the same time keeping the lessons to-the-point.

Keep a look out for The Stellar Guitarist Beginner Guitar Course which will walk you through the absolute basics from how to hold your guitar, learning your first chords, strumming and playing all your favorite songs. This course is designed with the complete beginner at the very heart of it.

If you're playing E major or dominant 7th whatever. You have the capo in the 2nd position which makes it a G# major or flat the 7th. So enharmoniçally G# is Aflat.. Which is what you would use. So Aflat is after Eflat in the circle of fourths. F to Bflat to Eflat to Aflat. So you really can play it without the capo if you know how to transpose.

Thank you thank you thank you, dear, the Stellar Guitarist, so very very much for your tutorial for us beginners! I so much appreciate that you give us in slow motion all the details how to keep the important strumming pattern for the right hand! For me this was essential to not only keep up with the chords by left hand! Wishing all the good things coming your ways! Stay richly blessed every new day! Best regards from Sweden! (new subscriber now) Please keep up your good work here! 👍👍💝💯💝👍👍

Amber is teaching beginners. I’m struggling, but have watched other videos and if I’m correct, this is F sharp major. The finger position in ‘E’ but I would assume Amber does not want to bog down beginners with this (caged system) info. It’s bad enough trying to learn 🙄😊

Great old song very catchy. The reason I'm commenting is because of the mahogany GS mini I'm on my second one as I gave my first one to a very needy person and I wanted to give them something good not something secondhand. These things are fantastic. The neck is the right size. I just love them, thank you for posting

Brillaint excercises, also great for warniing up. I love the slap knee and land on cord exercise. I can do the open chords fairly easily but it gets harder dooing barrre chords. My third finger absolutely refuses tio do the gym wirk out exercise. Just not into it. It might go from E to G but not that is as far as it will go.
