As a girl with very fine and thin hair myself I grew up obsessed with hair extensions and ways to make my hair look fuller and give me more confidence. I was definitely wondering about the weight with washing long hair extensions. I just got 26 inch extensions so would the shoulder method you did work for them or should I go about it a different way since it will be so heavy? Thanks! ❤

You just made my year! I have been using the clips and it's been a huge struggle with getting them to stay because I have super fine hair. I was a little apprehensive about the tape-ins but you helped me SO MUCH! Thank you!!
I wish I would have found your video before lol… I did exactly what you described not to to and it happened… color removed… Bleached and hair went exactly back to the color I was trying to remove
I think compared with other kinds of hair extensions, tape ins are more convenient , you will be able to apply it by yourself and a mirror. But for long lasting ,maybe weft is better. I have heard many people that their tape got worse as they wear the hair extensions for a longer time.🤨what kind of extensions do you always choose, my dears?😍😍

What in the heck is the point of it if it's just getting totally cut off? Nobody is going to wear a wig with lace sticking off the front what is the actual point

I have a question. I've watched a lot of your videos and was wondering if you are able to put in different lengths of extensions for layers? For example I have 26 inch hair, 20 inch, and 18 inch and was wondering if I can use them all instead of cutting in layers? Thank you hope I explained the question right. I've been having a hard time finding a video on doing this.

I currently have the same yellowish roots and green hair you did here, but only on two malen streaks, not my whole head, so it's easy to hide. My streaks were violet, and I usually just let violet come out of my hair over time, but this is the first time I've bleach-bathed it, and wow I wasn't expecting such a bright teal! I've done so much research and absorbed so much misinformation along with it, but this it the first clear and concise video I've watched that made so much sense, so thank you!
Full Marks Solution Spray is better for removing them. No alcohol and not much oil. Then put tabs in cornflour to absorb the oil and the tabs will peel off super easy with no stickiness

How many tape ins did you use ?
Thank you so much for your tips and help. I appreciate it so much. Used a hair thickening serum that glued my long hair to my scalp. Tried 7 days all day and had to cut it. I'm so glad wigs are so much more realistic looking than 20 years ago😊

I follow someone who was a hairdresser and is now a hair KZreadr and she said the joico color eraser is pretty much just bleach . So im surprised it did such a good job! . When i’ve tried removing blue or green before i just bleached bathed it and the colour wouldn’t go away it would just lighten the shade each time but wouldn’t remove . Hair buddha said thats because bleach tends to just push blue and green colours deeper into the hair which makes sense. So im really surprised on how this worked on your hair :)
I did oil and rubbing alcohol but I still have glue in my roots I’m not really sure what to do
Use full marks nit solution. Sounds weird I know but it works so well and leaves no residue. Then pop tabs into cornflour which absorbs the oil making the tab easy to peel off
I used oil and then couldn’t wash it out of the extensions to save my life. Then the ends got too dry from trying to wash out the oil. I’m going to try alcohol next time

Sooo there is a way I get rid of blue / green rather easily . I mix conditioner with a dash of pink and orange and it cancels out to a weird light brown gray color. But that’s what u want ! Then u can go in with a bleach or honestly even wait for that to lighten (do that , it’s better for your hair )
Even though it’s been years since you posted this video, it definitely was very helpful even in 2024. I have this blue/green color on my hair that I couldn’t remove with bleach washes & the Joico product removal pack has been most helpful. Even the science behind how colors deposit on the hair was helpful too. Thank you so much. The Joico color remover pack will be my go to from now on.
