  Caught this at the Hot Docs cinema two nights ago. One night only screening. It put a LOT of grins on my face, and it was great to hear that “King of Kung Fu” song from Goodbye Bruce Lee under the animated opening credits. 👍

  That house is much more South Pasadena than San Marino- and I’ve lived in both towns. Happy to hear the San Marino shout-out, though! 🙂

  I love how you can tell this is a low budget film from literally every aspect of the trailer. Bad acting, laugable plot, horrible CGI, even the color pallete looks cheap. I just wonder how they cannot even try to look competent.

  Me and my little one (well he was then!!!) used to camp a couple hundred yards along from there. Mungos presence kept the weirdos away. Great bloke and great times. Brilliant memories

  Longford was either the biggest putz ever or he was a twisted pervert who liked what Hindley did. Longford set up a committee in 1972 to investigate pornography and he included on this committee Jimmy Savile and Cliff Richard. We all know about Jimmy Savile and I'd put money on it that one day the world will view Cliff Richard in the same way.

  Most horror today is cheap, lazy formulas that can only at most manage to shock in between giggles. This was true horror. As soon as she meets the kids, and begins to see his "parenting", ice cold chills run down your spine.
