I sold my home on 113 courtney oak drive. I had a red kitchen but our realtor said to change everything to neutral colors, the house sold in 2 months. That's a really good neighborhood, we lived there for 14 years. I married and moved in with my husband, but my son grew up in the house, we sure do miss it! I remember this house, I love everything about it but the green den and red. If my old home on courtney oak drive was for sale, I wish I could buy it for my son...
NOTE: This is a property that has 2 lots the Broad River lot is zoned commercial, but he lot that opens up to Greenville Circle is zoned residential. This lot has a septic tank from the Broad River home extending out on the Greenville Circle residential lot. And buyers should be aware of this zoning - The neighborhood have recently kept this Greenville Circle lot from being re-zoned as a business... the previous renter was using this lot to park old vehicles and busses from their business and this was stopped due to noise and the neighbors complaints about operating a business next door to their homes on Greenville Circle. The Association has stopped other lots from becoming car sale lots & other businesses along Greenville Circle... The end of your video shows the lot on Greenville Circle... and a buyer might need to know that the parking lot mentioned will have fines and zoning issues... and they will be parking on a septic tank.
