I love the warm colour scheme that you've got going on - it’s honestly so lovely and kinda makes me want to switch from my lilac-grey to something warmer… This video also made me feel a lot better about my recent impulsive purchase of a day-free Hobonichi A6. I'm currently using a Midori MD B6 Slim as my bullet journal and will stay in it at least until March, so I had to figure out how I want to use the A6. I've settled on a weird combination of a dream tracker and a media journal - we'll see if it works out, but I'm so excited about moving into this little book! There's something about it that just ✨sparks joy✨

I use a pair of thin pocket notebooks. The first book contains my Future Log, Monthly, Weekly, if needed and the second is my Daily Log. With only 48 pages per book find having my calendar in it's own book reduces the need to migrate spreads when the other gets full.

Love the simple set up! I'm wondering if you keep a backlog of tasks you need to do. or do you just come up with them every morning off the top of your head? For example, if I need to clean out the pantry every 6 months, but don't have to do it on a specific day, where/how would you keep track of that task? Thanks! Subscribed, btw. :)

How has this been going? The A6 is so flexible isn’t it, as either a journal or planner.

23:20 Your yellow notebook is actually nice. The only thing you need to do is decorate the cover ,say by using stickers or draw something on it. Don't worry! It's a really great color indeed

I just started a bujo this year (kinda) and I’m on the same boat as you. I was dazzled by the big A5 journals because I love creativity too but it’s far too big. I always used moleskins journals for sketching and I’m in love with the paper weight and that’s what I ended up using. The only downside is that the moleskin bullet journal has very thin paper I think 70gsm, so I went with the blank Art Collection notebooks. Its working out so far but I think only because I wrote so smalll 😅 My drafting classes at Uni came in handy

I've been watching your a6 BUJO videos since you uploaded the first one! You're the reason I switched from a5. I think it's so funny that the year I switched to hobonichi a6 that you did too. 😂 They got us! They got so popular on KZread.

fun fact) you studied Ukrainian mythology as I can see on 19:52. Because of cultural appropriation, many people believe "характерник" is russian, but it's Ukrainian hero :) Our author even wrote a fiction book with name "Характерник" (harakternyk) including Cozaks

I love how simple it is... My own twist would be to use different colored pens to mark the tasks (color coding helps me better). But I would keep it exactly like that! Great job. Makes me want to ACTUALLY try planning as it just seems so impossible

Loved this. a great video on what worked and what didn't with your bujo. I personally use Ryder Carroll's style he showed originally. But I do agree with your thoughts on colour. it does matter to me too, so I definitely check out the colour before buying😊. I mean you won't feel like using it, if you don't even like seeing it!
