  I have updated my PS4, and have gone through the "SYSTEM SOFTWARE UPDATE" process, but when the process is complete, why is there no PS logo? and why am I being told to update again even though it has already been updated? have a solution?

  @@setulhalai I've done it, like temporarily unplugging some cables but the result is the same. What's the problem with my USB? I've tried changing the FAT32 format and then continuing with the next step correctly, but when I update via safe mode it keeps repeating.

  @@setulhalai but when I updated with my USB without going through safe mode, there was a code "CE-34788-00" even though I had downloaded it from the official PlayStation website. Is it my USB that's at fault here or is it my PS4?

  *Well, do a factory reset to your PS4 and / or turn off the PS4 and wait for 5 to 15 minutes later, then switch it back on to resolve the problem issue, if that doesn't work then just contact Sony PlayStation, if they're no help then look and search online via Google or KZread, simply as that.*

  Anyway jailbreaking is a good idea if you have a secound ps4 or you have a ps5 which is a secound ps4 and some really strong steroids, It's good to have a secound soo you can go online and dont mind it getting updates but for the jailbroken one you need a ps4 on 9.0 if its any higher i reccomend just keeping it offline just incase it eventually gets a kernel exploit currently kernal is at 9.0 but webkit goes to 9.60 soo wont work until it gets a kernal one to match it there is a potential kernal exploit from the flow coming out that has a kernal exploit for firmwares above 9.0 i have heard that its a kernal exploit that dont need a webkit exploit just gotta wait for it to get disclosed.

  So far on the PS4 slim. I'm having no problems. I just got the update today. In a hotel room with slow internet. Download a couple games had no problems playing it. And all my game updates worked perfectly fine. Maybe it's the older consoles. That's the only thing I can figure out. The PS4 slim is a trooper. That's the only one I will own. Forget about the pro. Too many problems.

  Can you go over the error code SU-30677-3, many people got effected by it including me, and there's not a lot of info on what it is, It completely block the ability to update the console, and even after a total reinstall for the ps4 me and many others now have a junk ps4, unless Sony or someone address this problem.

  10.0 broke a bunch of my digial licenses and the restore license feature is broken. Spent some time with customer support and couldn’t fix it. COD BO III, Batman Arkham, and Metro Exodus are three examples for me. I have all the DLC for the COD game, but the only one showing up is The Awakening DLC, even though they all show up as purchased in the store and thusly aren’t downloadable unless I uninstall them and start over. Alien Isolation was one that I deleted and re-installed in an effort to see if I could fix it and restore the DLC without issue, to which I did…. but I’m hoping I don’t have to do that with the other games I’m experiencing issues with. One thing I’ve noticed is that the games I’m having issues with, is that they’re installed on an external drive and they’re digital purchases as well. Is anyone else having any problems?

  Yeah my friend also has this problem. He has the dlc on civilization 6 and yet the game thinks he doesn't have it. He reinstalled the game and then it won't even let him download the dlc but it says he owns it

  Knowing how long I had my ps4 slim I never had any problems, you probably had done something to your console to make it get an Error which you shouldn't be touching, or Knowing well your other games are getting updates you should wait tell they get done then update your console.
