dd is a shadow ops unit and all low lvl can play shadow ops 70/90/120 and get it , Assuming you can not open shadow ops low can ask for help and get help in shadow ops and get the unit And so if player not play shadow ops or not even ask help to shadow ops He is not in need to play event :)
