Ahora, puedo decir sin ligar a dudas que han presentado residencias muy hermosas, pero al menos para mí, estra propiedad tiene elementos que la diferencia por mucho a otras que se han presentado en este canal: amplios espacios, hermosas vistas, precioso jardín y algo que me llamó mucho la atención fue el "tanque de meditación", ya que mientas mostraba los espacios, pensaba en el cuarto de pintura para las meditaciones y relajación... As an American, what types of financing are available in Costa Rica?
Hello! Since the beginning of this year there are 3 Costa Rican banks that offer financing for foreigners. It is a lengthly process. There is one US company offering financing. Neighbour right on top of you. To many trees hanging over pool. Looks nice but alot of work cleaning pool of fruit and leaves. Other than that it's beautiful.
The house is stunning! There is no neighbor on top of you. Yes, the back yard is full of amazing trees. Gardener and Pool Cleaners are very affordable in Costa Rica. Most charge $100-200/month for both looking after the gardens and cleaning the pool (usually 2x a week) and includes the pool chemicals.
