Kevin and Kim Outdoor Adventures
Kevin and Kim Outdoor Adventures
Hello we are Kevin and Kim who live in Arkansas and we are glad you are here. We both love the outdoors, camping, and going to the lake. We are not full time RVers and mainly go on the weekends. 2020 was our first year with a camper so we have a new adventure with a lot to learn. Glad you chose to be part of our family and our Outdoor Adventures. God Bless!

I was going to ask Kim if cooking in one place and eating in another helped with the flies but then I saw Kevin spilling black tank liquid all over the place and figured the experiment was voided… 😂😂😂
Great boat name...
Yeah has a nice ring.
You guys are awesome. Enjoy watching you. I love boating just curious why would you go to grand Lake when you have Beaver Lake and it’s not even a contest wish I lived in that area live in Moore Ok we travel to Lake Murray a lot and we love Lake Tenkiller and broken Bow anyway enjoy your stuff! Stay safe out there 😎
We went to Grand Lake to meet up with my sister who lives in Oklahoma. We will never go there again. We will stick to beaver lake which is much cleaner and nicer. Thanks for watching!
I'm camping right now and my awning looks bad. Looking for a cleaning video I found this one! Can't wait to go back home and try it. I'll update after I'm done!
Yes glad you found our video it works great.
So many things to see there
Yes definitely lots to do.

Yes we realized that
Hey kevin! im the Missouri kid at 20:20 with my dad. Awesome float video, it was wonderful seeing you guys! looking forward towards more float videos!
Wow, that was cool you found us on KZread and that you found yourself in one of our videos. Yes, we love floating and hope to do more. Maybe we will see you guys out there again. Thanks for watching.
Thanks for the vid! Mr bro-in-law and I are looking for kayak/fishing areas. We’ve floated the Elk NE of Pineville into the Pineville. But not beyond that…How long of a float is it from Lanagan City Park to Shira access? Is it doable during the summer? Also, have you tried floating from Anderson beach? Thanks you.
The float from Lanagan to Shira is about 2hrs. We like the Anderson to Shira which is about 5 hrs. For our raft we have to have 2 feet or greater before we drag. You may get a little lower if you are kayaking but 2ft is best. In tge summer months when Indian is to low we float big sugar creek from big Rock campground down to Pineville. That is a nice float year around. Thanks for watching.
@@KevinandKimOutdoorAdventures thanks!
And the marina area??? (Try not to let your voice volume lower when videoing…a bit difficult to hear & understand sometimes.) Thanks
Thanks for the tips!
Holy moly, after 10 minutes of scrubbing became exhausted and looked up some how-to videos. I was so excited that I called the wife after just a few seconds into the video and she just happened to be on her way to the Dollar Tree. I can’t wait to try this. Saweeeet!
Glad you found our video don't forget to spray it real good and roll it back and let it soak for atleast 30 minutes. Let me know how it works out for you.

No we live in Arkansas we like to float
Oh my goodness what a wild adventure! So glad my friends are safe, thank you Jesus! Also I love the song too! It's spot on.
Yes it was a wild adventure to say the least. Just glad everyone was safe.
thats wheely not good at all at all
No it wasn't good.
My dad just got a boat and I'm learning how it works and how to get on and off the trailer and everything. I don't have too much experience, but I can agree that " really ain't good at all". What do you even do about this?
Well I should have done the periodic maintenance and made sure the hub was packed full of grease and it probably would still be there.
Same thing happened on a night fishing trip with my dad and sister, ended up staying on the side of the road for 2 hours and I've still never been night fishing lol
Yeah this is something I've learned don't put off.
Oh honey it could always get worse, you’re lucky you still have your boat.
Yes we were lucky just glad it was in middle of nowhere and no one got hurt.
Lube them hubs!
Happens every year people neglect their tires and bearings
Yes it was one of those things I told myself "before next trip I need to do this" but I kept putting it off.
Any boat owner should have enough common sense to maintain all aspects of the boat including the trailer, these fukin credit card captains out risking the lives of everyone around them, owning a boat comes with a lot more than just Sunday fundays!
Yes it was one of those things I told myself "before next trip I need to do this" but I kept putting it off. I know better now 😀
Bearing lube check.
Yep should have would have, could have.
Hugs for all the off camera stress you all must have all had. Kind of a strange comment but I needed to see this one. Thanks so much for sharing.
Yes everything worked out in the end. We were all safe and had a story to tell. We also played your song you made at the end.
@@KevinandKimOutdoorAdventuresyep. I commented about the song under that other persons song comment last night. :)
Lack of maintenance
Yes agreed 👍
That's why you're supposed to check the wheel bearings before pulling a trailer a long distance. 😂
Yes just wanted to show what happened if you don't
@@KevinandKimOutdoorAdventures Yes filming your own ignorance, thank your maker, the wheel didn't hit anybody in on coming traffic.
Lug nuts have left the chat
The lug nuts were still there they left with the tire.
Sorry you had all those crazy mishaps...
Yes it will definitely be a memorial day we will not forget. Thanks for watching!
Wow! That was CRAZY for you all that day!. Love the song you added to end of the video
Yes it was a crazy day. Yes that song is amazing. Thanks for watching!
@@KevinandKimOutdoorAdventuresi couldn’t agree more. ❤
Yes Scott Kim has listened to it 50+ times. Thanks for thinking of us and making that for us!
@@KevinandKimOutdoorAdventures that’s so great! I’ve listened to it so many times as well. It’s really catchy. Im like… I bet they’re gonna turn this up really loud and just have it playing the whole time they’re driving… ❤️
Not good
Lol no it was not. Thanks for watching!
WOW! You weren't supposed to be on that trip. I always thought I had bad luck but you definitely have me beat. So sorry for all your losses. Did the food in your refrigerator and freezer at home survive the power outage? We lost our power in Mountain Home but I was home to hook up the generator. A tornado hit Briarcliff and Salesville just a few miles from us. I lost a huge 3 foot diameter oak tree in my back yard but it fell away from the house. I was fortunate.
Yes when it rains it pours. Despite all the mishaps at camp we were thankful the tornados missed us at home. We were blessed as many others around here had lots of damage and were without power for over a week. Thanks for watching!
Sorry, remember, if it were a "Hot, Water Heater" ...you wouldn't have a need to heat it!.... So it's just a water heater.
Yes you are correct. Thanks for watching!
Concrete could be their handicap sites. ??
Yes I think your right.
I wish I had seen this before I cleaned mine. I used the totally awesome with the same results. Didn’t know about rolling the awning up for 30 minutes so it took me a lot longer.
Well now you will know for next time
Thanks, I'll be doing exactly this this weekend!
Let us know how it turns out for you.
I planted trees with the Missouri Department of Resources here, a video is on my YT if you want to see it, I also subbed because I like your content!
Good video and good times!
Yes the first half was a good time watch next week for our Grand Lake Disaster
We just used this method yesterday. Wow! Worked great. Our awning was nowhere near this dirty but we didn't want to wait until it was. The lawn sprayer was a worksaver, and we just happened to have one in our lawn care shed. So, thank you, Kevin, for a great awning cleaning solution. Oh, and we couldn't find a way to measure out the stuff in our five gallon sprayer so I just winged it. Pour in some stuff, pour in some water.
That great. Yeah I don't think there is am exact measurement. The sprayer is the way to go. I need to clean my awning now on my new bullet. Safe travels and thanks for watching!
@@KevinandKimOutdoorAdventures use an old gallon milk jug. easy!
Did it work? Will you do an update?
Yes totally fixed our problem and smell.
How long is your rv I have a 37’ & doing this you lose the ability to rapidly cool that area
Ours is 30ft and only have one ac unit. You would think you lose the ability to rapidly cool an area by the unit but not true now we rapidly cool the entire rv because it is so much more efficient at cooling now. There was so much air loss going in the attic between the ceiling and the roof that it wasn't even working. It is night and day now. Thanks for watching!
Nice job
The only way to do it now
5-5-5 method. 5 minutes high pressure - 5 minutes natural release - 5 minutes in ice bath. Use an egg rack to avoid uneven cooking of the whites and greening of the yolks. 10 minutes is far too long, and you can see your yolks are discolored.
Wow that is good information thanks for commenting and letting us know.
@@KevinandKimOutdoorAdventures You're welcome. I wasn't getting good results until I used that method. You'll get perfectly set whites and an almost fudgy, orange yolk with no greening. They're perfect.
