Along With the great design and build of the barn, it now awaits the same work for a tractor, that should be easy-peasy. Your decision to use brick capping is also a great one. I am truly impressed at how your plan has come together, Derek. PS, instead of brick, you could get your wife to bake scones to replace the bricks? With the cracks, I am surprised you didn't use templates to simulate a stone floor. It may have distributed the stressors more evenly, and with the addition of some concrete colouring powder, it would have looked like an inlaid rock floor? Just a thought for next time?

Lots of rats in that barn. All them holes in the dirt and the place he fell in is rat holes and tunnels. Better get some dogs, they loved to hunt rats.

Another great video. I just love your content . Even watch you mow your property. In terms of f power why not solar panels you definitely have enough roof and plenty of sun. You could probably generate a significant amount of power and with batteries you could be off the grid.

It is typically sloppy that these great expoxy floor installers could not learn not to be lazy lax or colour-blind when tasked to match a simple colour. You move your fucking butt over to the old floor add extra white and yellow and maybe bit of green to the batch dab it on the old floor and dry a bit until invisible or close. Not just choose something similar from their stock choices. Idiots on colour as usual.

No offense to you Derek,I push Atkins diet to all family and friends because it works if you understand how it works. In the WWII era we had everyone thin and very active like the Chinese soldiers now. It was expected to keep oneself groomed in all ways. Nowadays everyone in USA are pushed to over indulge in all ways to the Deady Sin of Gluttony so we accept all our pals walkin around pregnant with a basketball under their T-shirts! Not saying you but look around. No way we could take the Chinese army now if this is the norm for men in America. USA Slavery soon if not solved. The Dr. Atkins diet is a temporary diet tool to convert the body from consuming sugars (pasta, bread, fruit is sugar) to force the body to start only burning body fat as a filler unlike the easy Sugars by starving the body of sugars with 18-25 carbs counted per day. Ideally fast 24 hrs to kick in ketosis. Buy a breathalyzer for Ketones to tell you in the morning reading you are in ketosis..fat burning. I went from 237 to 192 at 6 ft in 5 months drinking about 5 Atkins Strawberry shakes all day then a big vegetable and protein stuffer at Dinner. 20-30 lbs to go for my height. When finished I will eat all my beloved carbs in moderation and not let excess booze drive me to excess gobbling grub in stress n depression again. Daily morning scale check. Plenty of water and fiber shakes key to. Nuff said Youngin.

Started my son and daughter on dirt bikes. We have some old lead mines from decades ago, which were converted into riding parks. Over 300 acres of sand and woods to ride through. We realized we needed quads to stay up and stable. So we switched to quads specifically Yamaha blasters which I found on craigslist all needing a little bit of work so as we were riding, we realized they had friends who they wanted to invite to come with us so we had to buy two more For their friends to ride. They have now given us six grandkids so I have been buying used quads and repairing them so we can all ride on my property. They are so simple to work on and fix some of the smaller ones have an engine like your son’s Chinese SSR. Have been finding them on marketplace for a couple hundred bucks each for the Chinese quads and paid 800 for used warrior and a little more for a breeze. Look into used blasters for the boys.
