grew up playing this table at my grandparents house and just watched the actual movie last night. so weird that they made a pinball game based on actual people almost dying in space. the music and sound effects are great tho

Williams shutting down its pinball division for no reason, leaving the pinball industry at a near death status even though the pinball industry was being saved because Pinball 2000 was popular to the point where Revenge From Mars was everywhere is the worst stupidest dumbest biggest mistake in the whole coin-operated game industry.

in 1994 got dragged on a family holiday for a week, there was nothing to do and then I found a nearly brand new Demolition Man pin. It was most of what I did there. Even watched the film which has turned into a cult classic too. Great game play and sound design, love this table, my second favourite behind Theatre of Magic.

Top 5 Pinball tables ever made....... only modifications that would make it unreal is if it had Iron Man in there somewhere as special features.. and voiceovers (that you could turn on and off)

Que de souvenirs, je joué a ce flipper au milieu des années 90, il était au fond de la salle d'arcade "Las Vegas" a La Rochelle. Je me souviens avoir halluciné quand je l'ai vu la 1ere fois car j'était un grand fan des Who.

The closest I could ever get to this machine again is play it virtually on Pinball FX. It's a faithful adaption and I play it for hours!

I wish I could build pinball machines. At least a mini one of like 2 and half feet and making it with theme of either the movie Dead End Drive In or The Thing.

Heard this game was supposed to be Batman, but due to Sega underbidding the licensing rights and getting the deal, Williams had to a fast re-theme on this one.

Did you have any audio issues when trying to set this table up. I use the 1.03 rom but it only has the sound of the flippers no voices or music. I tried to switch to the 1.06 ROM which has sound but immediately kicks me out after the "it's time for the WWF Royal rumble" is said.

Tatty coming in big yet again with another great vid! A buddy of mine is putting his for sale and I was considering buying it. But after watching this video, it is a beautiful machine, but the gameplay is not my jam. I think I'd rather play a Heavy Metal Meltdown. Tatty, if you have not played a heavy metal meltdown, you are missing out. Now that is an earned multiball!

Do you know, I never have played (or even set eyes) on a HMM and I don't think I have the head room for the topper! My Data East GnR (with Pinsound) beats the JJ offering IMO, well lets put it this way, teh DE one is still here :-)

This was the first machine I owned - a fixxer upper by any standard - but what a thrill of a machine. I've played a lot of different pins since then, but this one is my favorite soundscape of any I've ever played. It's a rush!

My favourite aspect of the design is there is so much on the table but it never feels closed off or claustrophobic.

Had the chance to play this pinball machine and I'll admire it for it is with the different playfield levels and absurd amount of flippers, all of which are useful. However, it severely lacks in IP and on-board direction. It makes it super hard for this to become a likeable machine.
