I'm a Car guy and this is my hobby. I like jeeps, cars, fast cars, anything boosted as well as camping and off-roading trail hunting trips. I do allot of side jobs fixing, solving various issues on my cars or my friends. Whether they're mechanical, electrical or just plain mishaps by me or my friends, well lets be honest, mostly me.
I make these videos in my free time aside my full time job, so I normally upload about 1 to 2 times per month. Thanks for checking out my channel and if you got a question drop a comment. I read them all.

Talking this project Thur. Good tips thanks👍
The tip on lining the gears up was so helpful. Only place I’ve seen this explained. Thank you
What is the part number
Nice tutorial! That really is a counter-intuitive tool. EDIT: for anyone reading comments in the future, the reason for this weird design is because there's a jack screw on the rear calipers, to automatically compensate for brake pad wear so that the hand brake cable always stays adjusted automatically.
hi,i made a pretty bad short circuit and won t start anymore, you can only hear the click from the starter,i have this code and alternator not charging, fird focus 1.8 tdci, any ideea?
if both blend doors are broke does it do the same? just blow hot air?
Yeah it’ll be in whatever position hot/cold it’s stuck in.
What's the name of this part ?
You can get those from a dealer by calling them Heater core pipe fittings. Here's a google search query for an example. www.google.com/search?q=jeep+wk2++Heater+core+pipe+fittings&sca_esv=549c059cf7ea463a&sxsrf=ADLYWIKzINEGIhr-TK1MMDvuDa5R4IBZTQ%3A1717815357288&source=hp&ei=PchjZv2cD6yg0PEPrM2quAk&iflsig=AL9hbdgAAAAAZmPWTd8JDudqtsIR5qNM1bDAQ2IGVOD3&ved=0ahUKEwi9r6LxgMuGAxUsEDQIHaymCpcQ4dUDCBc&uact=5&oq=jeep+wk2++Heater+core+pipe+fittings&gs_lp=Egdnd3Mtd2l6IiNqZWVwIHdrMiAgSGVhdGVyIGNvcmUgcGlwZSBmaXR0aW5nczIFECEYoAEyBRAhGKABMgUQIRigATIFECEYoAEyBRAhGKABMgUQIRirAkiVLlAAWJgncAJ4AJABAJgBxQOgAZUNqgEJOC4xLjIuMC4xuAEDyAEA-AEB-AECmAIOoALeDcICBBAjGCfCAgsQABiABBixAxiDAcICCxAuGIAEGLEDGIMBwgIOEC4YgAQYsQMYgwEYigXCAhEQLhiABBixAxjRAxiDARjHAcICDhAAGIAEGLEDGIMBGIoFwgIIEC4YgAQYsQPCAg4QLhiABBixAxjRAxjHAcICCxAuGIAEGLEDGNQCwgIIEAAYgAQYsQPCAgUQABiABMICBRAuGIAEwgIGEAAYFhgewgILEAAYgAQYsQMYyQPCAgsQLhiABBjHARivAcICCBAAGIAEGJIDwgILEAAYgAQYkgMYigWYAwCSBwoxMC4xLjEuMS4xoAfelwE&sclient=gws-wiz&dlnr=1&sei=R8hjZvmEMcXa0PEPqa-dqQU
I replaced two map sensor including clean throttle Body on my mercedes benz C250 and after one day driving back with same fualt P0106 & P0068 especially no vacuum leaks at all, any recommendations to solve this issue or you think need to drive the car for couple more days and fualt will clear by itself
Couldn’t have done it without you! Every other video was of the guys but crack doing the job… not as detailed as your video… Thank you. Do you have a video on replacing the cooling fan
What is the part name?
Would have liked to hear the tick before you started working on it.
looks like someone was just putting water in that bih, causing all the corrosion
Upper gear got stuck on different position what should I do ?? Any tips ?
Hope I understand your issue correctly, I had it where the gear that’s connected to the flap , was over driven it and it was stuck. Two options to go from there, reach in through the duct and push it lose or if it’s not coming lose, then the heater box would need to come out, which is a whole other job.
what a joke you only did 1 not all of them lol 🤩 😂😂😂😂
My daughter just got a quote of $1300 AUD which is around $850 US to replace radiator. Bought radiator, new cap and coolant for $300 AUD so decided to do it ourselves and save a grand. Your video was absolutely brilliant and your easy going commentary was so easy to follow. The Australian V6 model is a 3.0 litre model so there is a few differences but not enough to worry about. Thanks mate.
That’s great thank you, I’m glad this was helpful.
Thanks a lot, you explain every thing and wrote everything in the description.
What year jeep is it? What engine size? All your shit says is Jeep transmission removal part 1
I greatly appreciate you sharing your knowledge and skills. Thank you for making the video.
What is the mopar part number/name?
Awesome 👍 🇵🇷🇵🇷🇵🇷🇵🇷🇵🇷🇵🇷🇵🇷
I have a Heavy Duty Radiator it's pretty thick but my Question is will it be the same fitment as the original Radiator?! 🤔
You missed the bracket holding the ac pipes in front. I REALLY wanted to see that.
My son would like a ideo that actually shows in real time, you doing this as it so hard to follow the fast speed motion...we have looked for this info for a while. Wish we could follow what you are doing fully vs partially
Good job!
So it doesnt need to be pressed back in? Since you used a puller and all.
What's the full list of tools
Jeep brand name .But it stupid design abd manufacturing .jeep had many issue and defected .jeep junk .
2015 cherokee latitude with 144,000. Thanks! Took about 7 hours to do this and spark plugs - I have zero prior mechanic experience.
$56.20 radiator replacement
What’s the labor on that job
Thanks for explaining step by step!!!! Your video sucked.
My beetle won't let me even fit the backing plate in.....so frustrating.
Exactly what’s going on with my 2012 jeep grand Cherokee overland. 5.7.
Where did you find the AC pump part #? Did you have to take the belt off and everything to get down and find it, or was it fairly easy to find?
Great video I just purchased 6 doors and need to rip a door I will try to find a contractor to do this for me I purchased a circular saw but have never used it 👍👍👍
Sorry you had to go through that. They get worse if you can believe that.
Where is the dam transmission speed sensor on a 2012 jeep grand Cherokee laredo i looked everywhere
Is located inside the valve body
Nice work
Very helpful thank you
Same process for the 5.7
Hi, i have a question, can i also swap out the condenser while at it, other videos show you have to pull bumper off but i don't want to do that,i have a bullbar and its also got headlight washers, its too much work that way, so i'm hoping i can change the condenser out after the radiator.. Nice vid
Do you think using a slightly thicker oil like 5W30 instead of the 5W20 spec would help reduce wear?
I think the build quality of the rollers especially in 2015-2016 3.2 models was bad, thicker oil would probably prolong their life slightly, but not by much.
So even though you noticed wear on the cam lobe you still put it back together without replacing it? Do you think that something you should try first before taking the extra step.
Lobe has some marks, but hardening still remained. Roller was bad, replaced it and still good to this day with the same cam. But if the hardening was ruined, than yes cam absolutely needs to be replaced. But with doing a few more now, I pull say replace all rollers while you’re in there. Some seem to fail one after the other on the 3.2 V6, while I noticed better quality with 3.6v6
@@JeeperGear thanks. Mopar or Melling?
Wow 300,000m. I feel better about mine now. I have a leak small leak intermittent. Anti freeze in bottom front pan. (The pan you removed) drives me nuts because i cant pinpoint the leak.
Did you ever figure out where the leak was coming from? Having same issue😪
Awesome! Thanks for this video, you saved me from paying someone else to get some bloody knuckles 😅 Serious note, did anyone find the missing plastic piece that broke off? I couldn't find it anywhere? Probably tucked away in a corner with my 10mm socket 😂
No need for music
Hiw much coolant did it take? I have been teying to find out what other brands you can mix with mopar coolant. Everyone says to only use oem. Is this a jeep thing ? I mean back in the day we used green. Great job by the way. Doing ours this weekend
Newer Chrysler product takes the mopar or zerex g05 type coolant, it’s specifically used because of its anti corrosive properties. It prevents engine block lining cavitation from harsh deposits and scale. Basically prevents rusting from the inside. As far as amount, it depends how much comes out when you take the radiator off or water pump. Normally I buy 2 50/50 mixed jugs of that zerex g05 and add distilled water for top off if needed.
Good luck, hope it goes smooth for you. These 3.6s are fairly straightforward, the 5.7’s are little more involved, because of larger engine and it being more forward, so little more stuff needs to be taken off to pull the radiator out, like bumper cover, cross bar and etc.
Zero go5 is hoat , 2013ish -2024 take oat.
Good way to tell is oat is dyed purple, and hoat is orange. You have to draw a little coolant into a container to tell the proper color. Something about a white reservoir and purple inside it sorcery makes it look orange.
Thank you
im stucn on the windwipers
Thank you for the video. How do they hold the balance?
I’ve got about 50k miles on them now. I did rotate and balance them about every 15k miles. But still hold balance well till now and they have worn down well too.
