Currently, our channel's main focus is the restoration of a 1977 International Scout II from beginning to end. However, we're going to go ahead and highlight some of the other projects we have in the shop as well.
We are a classic "vehicle" restoration shop. We work on just about anything with a carburetor (such as -but not limited to- cars, scooters, and motorcycles). We have also restored some vintage coolers and gas pumps in the past. If you'd like to see our work, check out our Instagram @musthaveclassics.

Love it show more
I had a 1968 Impala super sport which I could literally get six people in the trunk and sneak them in the drive-in
As pretty as the square birds are, I have to say I've always coveted the bullet birds. That said, your White over Red is gorgeous, I'd be proud to take that into town as I'm sure you are. Enjoy!
❤
I have a 1980 Scout II you may be familiar with, my dad was the original owner, I have spent hundreds of hours in the back seat on family road trips, took my driving test in it, drove it in high school, and driving it almost every day now. I told you about my 1969 Camaro SS, its a numbers matching L35 396 BBC, 4 speed close ratio, 3.08 rear end cruiser. My dad was the original owner, he got it when he was 19 years old after his little brother wrecked his TR-3. We have taken many family vacations and easily a couple hundred hours of road trips in my wife's Honda Pilot but as far as I can tell the kids have zero attachment to that, so not sure what made these old cars so special. My son loves the Scout and Camaro but is not interested in learning how to work on them, so who knows what the future may hold for them.
Nick! Keep up the good work! It isn’t everyday that you see a young man appreciate things of the past. You are so knowledgeable and passionate about your must have classics! My buddy Greg Russell in Panhandle, TX loves what you do. He is old enough to be your father, but he loves his classics! He is restoring a Studebaker Truck right now! I have been sharingyour channel/videos with him! Impressive
Definitely more about the Cushman Trucksters.😊
I really enjoyed seeing the welding
Well its not a Scout but I guess it is still pretty cool.
My cousin had one of those when we were growing up in the 1960s. My dad said it looked like the box it came in. The other thing was when you slowed down the light would get dim because it ran off the mag. Dad said it looked like a hot nail! Great memories.
more cushman stuff please! I got 2 eagle's 1959 & 1961
This was my second two wheeler; but it was in Much better condition. Red
It's gone to be hard to somebody who tries to steal you that motocycle
I hope everyone is feeling okay after the accident. That's a great looking car I can't wait to see it completely restored!
It's crazy to think you've been at this since you were 12 years old. I love Cushman and would love to see more videos on them
I hope that you get it running well, but man I love that Ford cranking sound!
my very first car at age 16 in 1980 was a 70 Skylark then I've had 2 72's never had a 71. great cars I love Buicks. 1300 was a steal.
Looks pretty cool, whatever you do I think you should keep it a stick shift. Even slow cars with a stick shift are fun to drive.
I had to stop and watch this. I had a 69 ZC 4 Door in Lime Gold. Those panels are enormous and so hard to keep straight. Looking forward to more vids. Sub'd.
That should be a H code 351 Windsor and a Fmx transmission i have the same year car and if a m code 351 is in there someone put in there and cougars did come 4sp
Great looking car!
The Skylark is a great Chevelle alternative, shares a lot of the classic styling for 1/10th the cost.
if you want to be all in for 5k leave the stock front suspension in it its all the same as Mustang stuff...
My Cougar was built with a 351W, M code and a manual transmission. About 3% of them built in 1969 came with manual transmissions.
Keep the cougar emblem n marker lights n remove the chrome molding 🇺🇲
YES a 67 fairlane build....that one seems to be in good shape. i to have a 67 farlane that im building with a 289,c4 and a 9 inch that sat for 28 years.....
If you have a good body man he can make that look awesome and really good
You could get a 4 speed from the factory. If you change you should go with a 5 speed. If you use a painless wiring harness you will loose the sequential tail lights. The coolest part of the car.
I have a farm find 69 Mercury Cougar in very good condition. Complete car with original motor. I rescued it about a year and half ago and it's in my driveway. Contact me if you're interested. I have pictures upon request .
That is not electronic ignition it is a replacement voltage regulator. You can put the old style cover on it but no need to change it. That car has the original rear bumper that hasn't been poked. Notice that it has a V shape to it. If you send it to be rechromed, it will come back straight and won't fit the car correctly. Are you certain it is not an FMX trans? that would have been stock most likely but it's possible it came with a C6. Nice, no vinyl top standard cougar. It would make a great Eliminator clone.
This is a really cool car I hadn't even heard of before
I saw that Scout parked next to the Cougar
Looking for 73 Maverick Grabber. Orange or Green with floor shift and bucket seats
me: 1979 Scout II 'resurrection' started 20 years ago and its almost done.....the only original exterior sheet metal is the tailgate
Would like to see how you adress the parking brake, or at least an overview of how it is set up. The scout I have the parking break pedal and release, but everything else is missing.
I never seen a 77 scout with drum brakes
I found this site one day and was very interested in it. I worked for Intl Harvester Co for 10 years and then a dealer for them for 44 years. I have looked up many many parts for Scout 80's, 800 A&B's, Scout ll's and Scout Travellers. I was disappointed that the series for the restoration of the 1977 Scout didn't finish. It stopped at EP 10? What happened? I also like that 1960 T'Bird too, having owned 4-5 of them.
How did you put the bed rail piece and cap on where the hardtop sits? Did you replace that or was it factory? The piece where you have the bolts threaded on top of rail
How much do you charge for a build like this
That is awesome work helped me a lot now I need to replace door skins on my 77 scout 2 any videos on that
nice walkthrough on this portion of the work, appreciate the knowledge drops here and there. thx.
Could have gone leaf over ..but that's just me
looks like we got some standard baling wire exhaust system holder upper.
Love those Scouts. I have had about five drivers and have purchased through the years another five that i turned into parts
1987 got lots of rust. So the question is it possible to use all new body parts and just reuse the frame.
You should try actually try instructing, instead of time lapse video...all I see is someone running around like they are Crack
Love the show...but not a fan of the music
Sooo, are you coming back? The channel has been great!
What would the axles and transfer box be worth on a scout 1978
Do you have a video showing how to remove the rear outer fenders from your Scout? I have a 1961 Scout 80.
