  Craziest thing I ever saw at a sporting event. At first everybody was like "Montoya hit WHAT?" because nobody thought it was real. Then the fireball shot into the air. Two hours later we were all doing 'The Wave' while Brad Keselowski was tweeting from the track.

  I remember watching this live and my Mom happened to be in the same room with me. She was not a big racing fan and she was PISSED when she saw it was intentional and said Carl needed to be parked or suspended. Looking back I am stunned Carl Edward’s didn’t get suspended.

  In 2024 Busch is now a sympathetic figure and a fan favorite, but shit like this is why I will never root for him as long as he's driving race cars. He hasnt changed.

  I remember sitting at home watching this, I begged my parents to let me skip church, I was 8 years old and I spent time outside religiously and that specific day didn’t leave my couch the whole day until this race was over and I finally went outside.

  You can hear Kyle's crew chief yelling at him to get off of Ron. Then you can just hear the disappointment when they hit the wall. He's lucky he got banned for the weekend, I would have taken him out for the rest of the season!

  Anybody that says Kyle Busch was wrong in this is wild… I’m not saying Brian shouldn’t side draft Kyle, but to hang on Kyle’s door the whole first half of the straight is crazy… Had he side drafted & let Kyle back up, it would’ve blocked Brad & the 2 Toyotas would’ve at least had another corner to race amongst themselves…. Kyle was right to be mad in this
