@@sokol_k It was a pain to find it online and when i did find it , it was in damp quality. Of course I know the reason it was a controversial talking point. In across the spider verse There is a scene at the beginning where Gwen looks at the photo of her and miles. During this scene there is a shot of a sad gwen in her room , in the background of her roam there is a trans flag. This scene lasted for a second than it pans over to the photo of gwen and miles. The scene lasted for a second and the flag wasn’t visible , only when you look at her room a little closely then you can see it. The governments of the gulf countries demanded sony to remove or censor part of the scene , the negotiations took time hence why the movie was pushed from 7th June (initial release) to 23rd , at the end sony refused and the movie was given a ban Its a shame cause i was looking forward to it and seeing it in the theaters would’ve been much better. A lot of people were disappointed here although some say while the film shouldn’t have been banned sony should have removed the scene and the authorities were right to ban it. Film could’ve done much better if it wasn’t banned and loads of people could have enjoyed it. Lets hope across the spider verse (hopefully) wouldn’t be banned here as well

According to D4vd, he will work on the soundtrack of BTSV and he suggested that maybe it's possible that the movie might come at some point of 2025. I'd like to think maybe summer or late 2025. Hell if we're being really positive maybe we might see a teaser trailer on late 2024.

To me, the biggest problem in powerscaling community is goons imo. Goofy shit like "Goku caps at low-multi" "Saitama solos fiction" "SDBH caps at 5D" "Time and space caps at 5d" "Platonic concepts=outerversal" "Alien-X=outer (due to a wonky theory)" "You need infinite speed to get past infinity" "Gojo=7D" "inaccesible speed(goofy-ahh speed tier)" "Naruto is multiversal" "Saber is one of the strongest characters in fiction (said by the face of the powerscaling community LMAO)" and other such statements make everyone look like clowns who are just throwing statements out there for shock value rather than being here to actually scale. If you disprove their cap statements, they call you either a Goku wanker, a fate downplayer, fanboy, etc. If some of the extremely bad behavior in the community doesn't make you wanna leave, these goons with their goofy ass statements will.

The worst characters to debate against is usually Goku, Gojo (tho it’s gotten better), and Saitama on the top of my head. People like to buff there feats or straight up ignore restrictions for said characters *CONSTANTLY.* Even if the person you’re debating against is sensible, some other annoying person will come in and buff or nerf the character either you or that person is debating for. It was so bad that I’ve seen people say “Saitama is Multiversal” or “Boundless”, “Goku is boundless”, and even straight up nerfing characters because they were written by a certain nationality (someone said Superman in the comics btw was barely planetary because the comics sometimes portray the universes based on just earth, and also saying that anime scales higher than American media).

A lot of powerscaling fans fall under that “I’d choose probability manipulation”. Like yeah we all can say X character is ten times as strong as Y, but why not look at the fight from the equal stat perspective, these fights are typically more interesting than one sided slaughters and are MUCH more discussion worthy. People often throw out stats like they mean anything against some hax (they even call consistent feats plot armor looking at batman). The fanbase has some of the most annoying idiots (all fanbases have idiots) that don’t even understand powerscaling and use it as a stupid weapons to say “my goat is better than yours”. It’s the most 50/50 toxicity to positivity fanbase Ive seen.

Powerscaling isn’t bad, it’s just the people who power scale. An example of this is the Godzilla community. They say that FW is boundless (He’s Continental) but there are so many fan boys. The Hesiei V.S MonsterVerse Godzilla debate. I’ve seen people say “Hesiei Negs” or “MV Negs”. But based on what’s in the movies and not in lore or comic MV win High diff. The moral of the story is power scaling isn’t bad, it just splits the community.

My only point i want to make is that in power scaling there's something called author's intent. It goes over your exact point of maki being mach 3. With authors intent the jjk verse doesn't scale very high in terms of speed. BUT in terms of the feats pulled off they scale much higher. Scaling is alot more thought out that most think. Things like hitchens razor or authors authority are mostly used for powerscaling debates.

The main issue I have is the community. Particularly with people who latch onto some really weird moments in a show to then claim this is the average or sticking with statements over what we see. It’s part of the reason power scaling something like Dragon Ball is generally annoying due to statements being the main source of scaling.

Yeah there needs to be some deep reflection on a story and a willingness to adhere to what the story is implying over anything else. But also I believe statements can be very helpful especially if it’s directly from the author! If it’s said from a character within the show than obviously there’s a lot of subtext which needs to be analyzed whether it’s literal, figurative, or an exaggeration.

i was a lot into powerscaling for a year or 2 but the community ended up a bunch of wankers and since then i dislike it, half of the dbz powerscaler kids (btw dbz my favourite anime) are always "goku solos he boundless" when they dont even know how to scale without filler bs he doesnt go far. Then we have the big 3 fanbase, mfs take only statements as facts even if the story shows other wise it doesnt matter, it has reached to the point ppl really believe naruto can bust multiverses and thats only the tip of the iceberg with biased asf fandoms there are still countless other fandoms that will wank their characters to oblivion because they cant accept their daddy can lose. As for powerscaling itself it could be interesting if it had a better community there is nothing wrong with it, btw since i finished the video i will say this many ppl bring up the "science" in powerscaling when the most debated characters (goku, saitama, superman etc) are considered to be douzens times the speed of light at the very least sth impossible with our physics

Yeah things can get pretty heated and filled with confirmation bias but we can do our best to moderate and even limit that behavior! Also when scaling we don’t follow the rules of physics as strictly as possible because ofc things aren’t physically possible but we can do some work around and treat it in a somewhat scientific way to get estimate answers for what is required for that thing to happen!

I Haven't watched the video, nor do i have the time to watch, i'll give my like and comment to help the algorithm though. Here's how i see power scaling: In the 2 instances where i've watched power scalling be done. Dragon Ball Z and Seven Deadly Frames, the power guage that is used to determine how powerful someone is, tends to only undermine the capacity of the fight. For instance, when you see 2 jacked 7 feet tall aliens with really cool hair fight and you only see them do really cool wrestling inspired moves to break the crust of a planet or shatter a star, you have this sense of "yeah this is really cool" and although you may be rooting for someone you never get the idea that that guy is 100% going to win. Win power scaling is different, because if one has 40000 power and the other has 50000 power, you immediately know who is going to win, and you can't* "subvert" this expectation because the anime/manga is forcefully imposing that on you. Take Escanor vs Galand for example, yes, we obviously are gonna root for the jacked dude with a giant axe who speaks like a 4chan regular, but you are not going to feel the need to root for the other dude because you already know who's going to win. In fact, in the original dragon ball, the whole purpose of PS was that being able to see the power of your enemies made frieza worst at fight... Maybe it is wrong to assume that just because we know who's stronger, that that X person will win, but you still know who's stronger, so it's less likely you'll like to root for the less powerful one. Personally, i think the premise IS dumb, but then again, it does make for an interesting revalation of "yeah we really should trust in our power, not some random calculation someone did"

I mean obviously there are characters who will just win because they have such a higher “power level” I mean superman vs an average human there’s just no way normally an average person would win. But when we look at characters that are closer to each other than a higher number doesn’t always mean a victory. Interesting video, but there are some things I don't agree with (no offense). 1. Sukuna in a weakened state was able to react and dodge Kashimo's attacks when he was in his "Mythical Beast Amber" mode which allows him to use EM waves in his attacks and based on how he dodged the attack it would put him around 2.5 to 5 times the speed of light (according to VBW). 2. There are three ways to scale Sukuna's strength and power. (Low-end scaling) In chapter 221 after Gojo was unsealed from the prison realm he finds himself 8,000 meters underwater in the "Japanese Trench" in the "Subduction Zone", and when he left and met up with Kenjaku he effortlessly created an earthquake that reached all the way to the "Saitama Prefecture" and the highest calculations for this feat puts it around island level. Sukuna not only scales to this but above it since he is stronger than Gojo who performed this feat. (Mid-end scaling) The durability/HP of JJK characters scales higher than their AP which is proven through "Black Flash" which in chapter 48 stated that impact of it is equal to a normal hit to the power of 2.5 which is insane. Example 1: Geto took a black flash from Yuta to the face and not only survived but was still able to keep on fighting. In JJK 0 it was stated that Rika could have destroyed a whole town (I personally think this downplays their power since Rika scales above the Disaster Curses but for the sake of argument I'll roll with it) but they never said how big the town was so I will scale this by starting from the low to mid to high end scaling. (Numbers of joules come from VS BATTLE WIKI) Small town level 4.184×10^12 to 2.42672×10^13 joules ^2.5 = 3.58079×10^31 to 2.901×10^33 joules: small planet to planet level. Town level 2.42672×10^13 to 4.184×10^14 joules ^2.5 = 2.901×10^33 to 3.58079×10^36 joules: planet to large planet level. Large town level 4.184×10^14 to 4.184×10^15 joules ^2.5 = 3.58079×10^36 to 1.132×10^39 joules: large planet to darf star level. Keep in mind that Kenjaku who had possession of Geto's body was going to be killed by Gojo in one punch and Sukuna effortlessly dodged it, this tells us that Gojo and Sukuna's AP and durability/ HP scale extremely higher than the other JJK characters. Example 2: Hanami is comparable to Jogo in strength so she would be around small-city level and Yuji was able to keep up with her in their fight so he too would scale to it, thus Yuji's Black Flashes would be around darf star levels of AP and Hanami took five of them which by adding up be around small-star level and she was still able to keep on fighting after that. We all know Gojo would have been able to effortlessly one shot her without having to give it his all, and Sukuna is stronger than Gojo. (High-end scaling) In the "JJK S1 animation guide" stated that in the manga infinite void was depicted as a blank void with an expanding swath of the universe and the director Sunghoo Park wanted it to look more godly so he consulted Gege Akutami about it and he gave him some ideas which resulted in the final product, if the constructs of a domain scale to the one who cast them then this proves that both Gojo and Sukuna are universal. I'll leave it up to you to decide which one is most likely true.

No offense taken at all! I love discussing other points of views and intricacies. 1. I personally don’t agree with the speed of light scaling. Basically I interpret him dodging that attack as dodging the barrel of a gun before the bullet was fired rather than dodging a bullet after it was fired. 2. You’re analysis of their durability being greater than their strength is actually super interesting and I never even thought about it before. I actually do agree with you on that case the only counter example I can think of is Gojo using purple to destroy the city and he took damage from his own attack as well. 3. As for the values you’ve posted it’s hard to check the numbers without seeing the math and the assumptions made but I think we’re going a little far saying Gojo is dwarf star level since I don’t believe the story is trying to imply that the characters are on that level

Even if we don't use this argument for Sukuna's weakened state the moment Sukuna fully incarnated back into his original form which undid the physical damage done to his body from his battle with Gojo he was not only able to keep up with Kashimo in the "mythical beast amber" mode but ended up overwhelming Kashimo in both power and speed. Thus you can still get Sukuna above light speed cause keep in mind that all of Kashimo's attacks are infused with EM waves when in his MBA mode, from the lightning to the sound waves. 2. That's more like DC/area of affect than AP, for example in (chapter 259) explains that Sukuna's furnace technique/ the fire arrow that despite its absurd firepower it lacks both speed and range, but though the uses of a binding vow in which when Sukuna is using it outside of his "domain expansion" he can't use it on multiple people at once, Sukuna was able to increase it's range to 200 meters just like Malevolent Shrine's sure-hit effect range when using it inside the domain. This tells us that a lot of these techniques can be incredibly powerful than what they are shown to do all because they lack the range to display their capabilities. 3. I wouldn't say it's going far at all since we have characters in the series that are able to take hits from attacks on that level multiple times (aka Hanami taking 5 of Yuji's Black Flashes) and Gojo and Sukuna are able to effortlessly one shot them.

Well I can’t confidently say that Kashimo is constantly using EM waves especially since his EM attack seems to be a charge up attack. And if we assume since Kashimo is made up of lightning that he’s lightning speed although I do agree that Sukuna had him beaten in terms of speed it would still be relative so it can’t be significantly faster. And I do agree that they are very durable and that they can take really strong attacks I don’t think there has been any narrative indication that they are star level. I could maybe buy that Sukuna and Gojo are continental to planet level but the disaster curses would need some next level indoctrination for me to buy 😂 If you ever wanna talk about it in discord or something lmk we could make a discussion type of video on the matter!

Based on the fact that one of the disaster curses (Hanami) was able to tank 5 of Yuji's Black Flashes who is able to keep up with her in a fight says a lot especially since she is comparable to Jogo in power. For the sake of argument I'll use your calc on Jogo's meteor feat (1.107×10^13 joules) and apply Yuji's Black Flash ^2.5 to it since he should scale to Jogo and we get (4.077×10^32 joules) which is planet level, and Hanami's durability/HP was able to withstand 5 of them. 3. I don't use discord anymore, or any social media for that matter (besides KZread comments).

His EM wave is an attack it isn’t just always active so ofc there needs to be an activation! Hanami is stated to be more durable than Jogo while Jogo is stated to have more speed and power. Plus goodwill Yuji doesn’t scale to Jogo since Jogo was stronger than stronger grade 1 sorcerers. Also your math is a little wrong if you multiply my calculation for Maximum meteor by 2.5 it’s only 2.77*10^13 joules, what you got is orders of magnitude higher. Also that’s fine I was just wondering!

@@sokol_k It was a pain to find it online and when i did find it , it was in damp quality. Of course I know the reason it was a controversial talking point. In across the spider verse There is a scene at the beginning where Gwen looks at the photo of her and miles. During this scene there is a shot of a sad gwen in her room , in the background of her roam there is a trans flag. This scene lasted for a second than it pans over to the photo of gwen and miles. The scene lasted for a second and the flag wasn’t visible , only when you look at her room a little closely then you can see it. The governments of the gulf countries demanded sony to remove or censor part of the scene , the negotiations took time hence why the movie was pushed from 7th June (initial release) to 23rd , at the end sony refused and the movie was given a ban Its a shame cause i was looking forward to it and seeing it in the theaters would’ve been much better. A lot of people were disappointed here although some say while the film shouldn’t have been banned sony should have removed the scene and the authorities were right to ban it. Film could’ve done much better if it wasn’t banned and loads of people could have enjoyed it. Lets hope across the spider verse (hopefully) wouldn’t be banned here as well

To me, the biggest problem in powerscaling community is goons imo. Goofy shit like "Goku caps at low-multi" "Saitama solos fiction" "SDBH caps at 5D" "Time and space caps at 5d" "Platonic concepts=outerversal" "Alien-X=outer (due to a wonky theory)" "You need infinite speed to get past infinity" "Gojo=7D" "inaccesible speed(goofy-ahh speed tier)" "Naruto is multiversal" "Saber is one of the strongest characters in fiction (said by the face of the powerscaling community LMAO)" and other such statements make everyone look like clowns who are just throwing statements out there for shock value rather than being here to actually scale. If you disprove their cap statements, they call you either a Goku wanker, a fate downplayer, fanboy, etc. If some of the extremely bad behavior in the community doesn't make you wanna leave, these goons with their goofy ass statements will.
Those are the People that have no to little Knowledge about Powerscaling. Some of Them are misunderstood & accedently believe Others Words that is actually misinformation. And it spreaded throughout the internet.
I’m sure some people do believe in what they say but in my opinion I believe most people who make really outrageous claims that aren’t backed by the story likely do it for attention or outrage

@@D.Zerius They isn't actually wanted to "address" that those Statements are misinformation. Because it would take time just for Them to fought back with Random Misleading Words. However, They did actually talk about it in a Blog Post. You actually can find it in the Article Page of Son Goku in VsBattleWiki, press the Light Blue letters, words or sentences. They or only one of the User has talk about it and They Debunked it. Even though They only use the Word 'Comparable...', it was to make Their work easier. If You don't even believe VsBattleWiki, everyone makes mistakes in the past.
It’s also really difficult to address every single point of misinformation because of the shear volume which they appear. I’d say really the only time to debunk something is when there’s a large growing sentiment which stems from the misinformation but other than that if it’s small and contained primarily from the people who posit this information in the first places it’s kinda worthless yk.
Nothing will change my mind. Power scalling is awfull. Especialy when it works like in the Dragon Ball where your number is all. That' stupid. Even if you managed to catch the enemy off guard and you can finish it - you can't beacuse your number is to low.
If you allow nothing to change your mind than obviously your mind will never change. But I would say to hold an open mind or at least listen/try to understand, even if you disagree with everything I had to say in the video it would mean a lot to me knowing that at least you tried to see my point of view!
The worst characters to debate against is usually Goku, Gojo (tho it’s gotten better), and Saitama on the top of my head. People like to buff there feats or straight up ignore restrictions for said characters *CONSTANTLY.* Even if the person you’re debating against is sensible, some other annoying person will come in and buff or nerf the character either you or that person is debating for. It was so bad that I’ve seen people say “Saitama is Multiversal” or “Boundless”, “Goku is boundless”, and even straight up nerfing characters because they were written by a certain nationality (someone said Superman in the comics btw was barely planetary because the comics sometimes portray the universes based on just earth, and also saying that anime scales higher than American media).
Yeah some people are very annoying although I will admit I’ve never heard that last point before, that is new to me and it sounds absolutely insane! 😂😂

I fully agree with you on this, through i was never really into power scaling itself, i don't have anything against the ones who likes it, however i always prefered the stories of the characters to their power level, since all that matters to me is the entartiment that a character brings to viewer/reader rather than what it is capable of, in the end it's all fiction anyway imo. A lot of powerscaling fans fall under that “I’d choose probability manipulation”. Like yeah we all can say X character is ten times as strong as Y, but why not look at the fight from the equal stat perspective, these fights are typically more interesting than one sided slaughters and are MUCH more discussion worthy. People often throw out stats like they mean anything against some hax (they even call consistent feats plot armor looking at batman). The fanbase has some of the most annoying idiots (all fanbases have idiots) that don’t even understand powerscaling and use it as a stupid weapons to say “my goat is better than yours”. It’s the most 50/50 toxicity to positivity fanbase Ive seen.
I mean personally I don’t like equal stats cause I like story interpretation and calculations based on that but I’m a fucking nerd so my opinion doesn’t matter lmfaooo. But I totally understand, biased individuals just suck the fun out of it and they give power scaling such a bad rap especially since they’re generally the loudest voices.

Powerscaling isn’t bad, it’s just the people who power scale. An example of this is the Godzilla community. They say that FW is boundless (He’s Continental) but there are so many fan boys. The Hesiei V.S MonsterVerse Godzilla debate. I’ve seen people say “Hesiei Negs” or “MV Negs”. But based on what’s in the movies and not in lore or comic MV win High diff. The moral of the story is power scaling isn’t bad, it just splits the community.

Power scaling is its own community and obviously people from the power scaling community (and to be fair other communities as well) will buttheads with the casual fans from time to time but normally they’re just ignored

My only point i want to make is that in power scaling there's something called author's intent. It goes over your exact point of maki being mach 3. With authors intent the jjk verse doesn't scale very high in terms of speed. BUT in terms of the feats pulled off they scale much higher. Scaling is alot more thought out that most think. Things like hitchens razor or authors authority are mostly used for powerscaling debates.
It’s no easy task by any means! That’s why I don’t believe there is a “right” answer but there needs to be an effort to balance author intent and what we see. Kind of like fining an appropriate balance of what we see and what the author intends yk. But obviously that discussion is very debate filled but tbh that’s a well of potential for really good content and discussions!

For characters that are in that realm it’s a totally different world, our conceived notions of logic and common sense essentially mean nothing and to be honest I haven’t even put any thought to how I’d deal with that type of scaling 😭. If I was to give my best guess it’s just who resides in a higher realm or who can do more within their reality or something of the sorts!

honestly the main thing I hate about powerscaling is how its treated as the be all end all in who would win debates. like "X scales higher than Y so X wins" ...I'm sorry, no? maybe in some cases its true but there's alot more that goes into a fight than just who's stronger
I agree! Looking into fight scenarios is complex it’s not all just about strength but also abilities, intelligence, and a number of other factors that needs to be considered. People who judge fights off of one thing or maybe even just their internal biases of “I like this character more” is childish and leaves an uninteresting conversation.
My only problem is the scalers that act like their scaling is fact and get pissy when you disagree.

My main thing is just when having a debate, I like to go back and forth on why a certain character would win, my experience with powerscalers just suck the fun out of it, saying "____ Scales Higher!" But other then that I dont see the big issue with it.

The main issue I have is the community. Particularly with people who latch onto some really weird moments in a show to then claim this is the average or sticking with statements over what we see. It’s part of the reason power scaling something like Dragon Ball is generally annoying due to statements being the main source of scaling.
Yeah there needs to be some deep reflection on a story and a willingness to adhere to what the story is implying over anything else. But also I believe statements can be very helpful especially if it’s directly from the author! If it’s said from a character within the show than obviously there’s a lot of subtext which needs to be analyzed whether it’s literal, figurative, or an exaggeration.

Powerscalers, just like shippers, make any work of fiction they become involved with objectively worse. In fact, the number of powerscalers associated with a series with a focus on fights is inversely proportional to its quality.
It sounds like you have a bit of unwarranted hatred for the hobby. It’s unfair and even wrong to say that a story is bad because of how some people choose to engage with it, a story is good based off of its own merits rather than individuals surrounding the story. i was a lot into powerscaling for a year or 2 but the community ended up a bunch of wankers and since then i dislike it, half of the dbz powerscaler kids (btw dbz my favourite anime) are always "goku solos he boundless" when they dont even know how to scale without filler bs he doesnt go far. Then we have the big 3 fanbase, mfs take only statements as facts even if the story shows other wise it doesnt matter, it has reached to the point ppl really believe naruto can bust multiverses and thats only the tip of the iceberg with biased asf fandoms there are still countless other fandoms that will wank their characters to oblivion because they cant accept their daddy can lose. As for powerscaling itself it could be interesting if it had a better community there is nothing wrong with it, btw since i finished the video i will say this many ppl bring up the "science" in powerscaling when the most debated characters (goku, saitama, superman etc) are considered to be douzens times the speed of light at the very least sth impossible with our physics
Yeah things can get pretty heated and filled with confirmation bias but we can do our best to moderate and even limit that behavior! Also when scaling we don’t follow the rules of physics as strictly as possible because ofc things aren’t physically possible but we can do some work around and treat it in a somewhat scientific way to get estimate answers for what is required for that thing to happen!

I Haven't watched the video, nor do i have the time to watch, i'll give my like and comment to help the algorithm though. Here's how i see power scaling: In the 2 instances where i've watched power scalling be done. Dragon Ball Z and Seven Deadly Frames, the power guage that is used to determine how powerful someone is, tends to only undermine the capacity of the fight. For instance, when you see 2 jacked 7 feet tall aliens with really cool hair fight and you only see them do really cool wrestling inspired moves to break the crust of a planet or shatter a star, you have this sense of "yeah this is really cool" and although you may be rooting for someone you never get the idea that that guy is 100% going to win. Win power scaling is different, because if one has 40000 power and the other has 50000 power, you immediately know who is going to win, and you can't* "subvert" this expectation because the anime/manga is forcefully imposing that on you. Take Escanor vs Galand for example, yes, we obviously are gonna root for the jacked dude with a giant axe who speaks like a 4chan regular, but you are not going to feel the need to root for the other dude because you already know who's going to win. In fact, in the original dragon ball, the whole purpose of PS was that being able to see the power of your enemies made frieza worst at fight... Maybe it is wrong to assume that just because we know who's stronger, that that X person will win, but you still know who's stronger, so it's less likely you'll like to root for the less powerful one. Personally, i think the premise IS dumb, but then again, it does make for an interesting revalation of "yeah we really should trust in our power, not some random calculation someone did"
I mean obviously there are characters who will just win because they have such a higher “power level” I mean superman vs an average human there’s just no way normally an average person would win. But when we look at characters that are closer to each other than a higher number doesn’t always mean a victory. It’s all about story analysis and what each character has in the arsenal and what they can do!

Interesting video, but there are some things I don't agree with (no offense). 1. Sukuna in a weakened state was able to react and dodge Kashimo's attacks when he was in his "Mythical Beast Amber" mode which allows him to use EM waves in his attacks and based on how he dodged the attack it would put him around 2.5 to 5 times the speed of light (according to VBW). 2. There are three ways to scale Sukuna's strength and power. (Low-end scaling) In chapter 221 after Gojo was unsealed from the prison realm he finds himself 8,000 meters underwater in the "Japanese Trench" in the "Subduction Zone", and when he left and met up with Kenjaku he effortlessly created an earthquake that reached all the way to the "Saitama Prefecture" and the highest calculations for this feat puts it around island level. Sukuna not only scales to this but above it since he is stronger than Gojo who performed this feat. (Mid-end scaling) The durability/HP of JJK characters scales higher than their AP which is proven through "Black Flash" which in chapter 48 stated that impact of it is equal to a normal hit to the power of 2.5 which is insane. Example 1: Geto took a black flash from Yuta to the face and not only survived but was still able to keep on fighting. In JJK 0 it was stated that Rika could have destroyed a whole town (I personally think this downplays their power since Rika scales above the Disaster Curses but for the sake of argument I'll roll with it) but they never said how big the town was so I will scale this by starting from the low to mid to high end scaling. (Numbers of joules come from VS BATTLE WIKI) Small town level 4.184×10^12 to 2.42672×10^13 joules ^2.5 = 3.58079×10^31 to 2.901×10^33 joules: small planet to planet level. Town level 2.42672×10^13 to 4.184×10^14 joules ^2.5 = 2.901×10^33 to 3.58079×10^36 joules: planet to large planet level. Large town level 4.184×10^14 to 4.184×10^15 joules ^2.5 = 3.58079×10^36 to 1.132×10^39 joules: large planet to darf star level. Keep in mind that Kenjaku who had possession of Geto's body was going to be killed by Gojo in one punch and Sukuna effortlessly dodged it, this tells us that Gojo and Sukuna's AP and durability/ HP scale extremely higher than the other JJK characters. Example 2: Hanami is comparable to Jogo in strength so she would be around small-city level and Yuji was able to keep up with her in their fight so he too would scale to it, thus Yuji's Black Flashes would be around darf star levels of AP and Hanami took five of them which by adding up be around small-star level and she was still able to keep on fighting after that. We all know Gojo would have been able to effortlessly one shot her without having to give it his all, and Sukuna is stronger than Gojo. (High-end scaling) In the "JJK S1 animation guide" stated that in the manga infinite void was depicted as a blank void with an expanding swath of the universe and the director Sunghoo Park wanted it to look more godly so he consulted Gege Akutami about it and he gave him some ideas which resulted in the final product, if the constructs of a domain scale to the one who cast them then this proves that both Gojo and Sukuna are universal. I'll leave it up to you to decide which one is most likely true.
No offense taken at all! I love discussing other points of views and intricacies. 1. I personally don’t agree with the speed of light scaling. Basically I interpret him dodging that attack as dodging the barrel of a gun before the bullet was fired rather than dodging a bullet after it was fired. 2. You’re analysis of their durability being greater than their strength is actually super interesting and I never even thought about it before. I actually do agree with you on that case the only counter example I can think of is Gojo using purple to destroy the city and he took damage from his own attack as well. 3. As for the values you’ve posted it’s hard to check the numbers without seeing the math and the assumptions made but I think we’re going a little far saying Gojo is dwarf star level since I don’t believe the story is trying to imply that the characters are on that level
@@sokol_k interesting, but I have a counter argument. 1. Even if we don't use this argument for Sukuna's weakened state the moment Sukuna fully incarnated back into his original form which undid the physical damage done to his body from his battle with Gojo he was not only able to keep up with Kashimo in the "mythical beast amber" mode but ended up overwhelming Kashimo in both power and speed. Thus you can still get Sukuna above light speed cause keep in mind that all of Kashimo's attacks are infused with EM waves when in his MBA mode, from the lightning to the sound waves. 2. That's more like DC/area of affect than AP, for example in (chapter 259) explains that Sukuna's furnace technique/ the fire arrow that despite its absurd firepower it lacks both speed and range, but though the uses of a binding vow in which when Sukuna is using it outside of his "domain expansion" he can't use it on multiple people at once, Sukuna was able to increase it's range to 200 meters just like Malevolent Shrine's sure-hit effect range when using it inside the domain. This tells us that a lot of these techniques can be incredibly powerful than what they are shown to do all because they lack the range to display their capabilities. 3. I wouldn't say it's going far at all since we have characters in the series that are able to take hits from attacks on that level multiple times (aka Hanami taking 5 of Yuji's Black Flashes) and Gojo and Sukuna are able to effortlessly one shot them.
Well I can’t confidently say that Kashimo is constantly using EM waves especially since his EM attack seems to be a charge up attack. And if we assume since Kashimo is made up of lightning that he’s lightning speed although I do agree that Sukuna had him beaten in terms of speed it would still be relative so it can’t be significantly faster. And I do agree that they are very durable and that they can take really strong attacks I don’t think there has been any narrative indication that they are star level. I could maybe buy that Sukuna and Gojo are continental to planet level but the disaster curses would need some next level indoctrination for me to buy 😂 If you ever wanna talk about it in discord or something lmk we could make a discussion type of video on the matter!
@@sokol_k 1. I checked the chapter and it doesn't indicate that Kashimo's EM waves need to be charged up before firing. 2. Based on the fact that one of the disaster curses (Hanami) was able to tank 5 of Yuji's Black Flashes who is able to keep up with her in a fight says a lot especially since she is comparable to Jogo in power. For the sake of argument I'll use your calc on Jogo's meteor feat (1.107×10^13 joules) and apply Yuji's Black Flash ^2.5 to it since he should scale to Jogo and we get (4.077×10^32 joules) which is planet level, and Hanami's durability/HP was able to withstand 5 of them. 3. I don't use discord anymore, or any social media for that matter (besides KZread comments).
His EM wave is an attack it isn’t just always active so ofc there needs to be an activation! Hanami is stated to be more durable than Jogo while Jogo is stated to have more speed and power. Plus goodwill Yuji doesn’t scale to Jogo since Jogo was stronger than stronger grade 1 sorcerers. Also your math is a little wrong if you multiply my calculation for Maximum meteor by 2.5 it’s only 2.77*10^13 joules, what you got is orders of magnitude higher.
