  There is a reason why there are so many condos for rent and older condos are so cheap.. People only buy brand NEW condos and houses ..Thailand is a humid hot tropical country and houses and things deteriorate quickly ..owning a older condo over 10 years is often unsellable if its not in the most aftersaught addresses or very uniqe.

  Good to see the condos & nice there’s the comparison between old & new units available. Far better value to renovate an older unit as more spacious for long term living….but get that some ppl want modern hotel style rooms but at a premium. Maintenance fees be good to know as that’s the hidden costs on condos as can mount up.👀😉😎

  Older properties in my opinion tend to be better value & a larger size. 5m/6m to buy & 23/25,000 rent buy 2nd/3rd ones 😮🥴

  All these studios flats are a little above market prices. It’s nice to see, but if the prices are not attractive, there is no point to address us to Moo’s agency.

  Hi good shots of Kieng Talay condo many low cost available in the same condo with the same as you show for 10,000bht per month on a 2 month or three month rental all year. Just contact the reception direct or walk in they speak English .

  Hi i am sure you will be surprised as electric and water goverment 1 months deposit and cheaper as no agent to pay in the price. Ive just looked at 3 on floor 9 and many for sale on the notice board near reception . alway worth a look reception happy to show you. front of building or back over looking Pattaya park. Great you helping us to look around many condos as well .

  Great content Heath! I'm not a big fan of studio type of rooms. They feel too much like a hotel for me. I would prefer something with a separate bedroom. Pratumnak is the area I hope to move to next year.

  The older condos are much better built so noise from above and sides is much less ,a lot of new condo walls are so thin and so are ceilings.

  I think covid has scrambled Thai agents brains. None of the condos you showed were worth more than 8,000 baht per month. Their greed is why 10,000 condos are empty in and around Pattaya.

  It sounds good. though there appears to be more to the deal. i lived in thailand (retired) for years. before covid moved back to the US. yes-you need a thai bank account but that has to be funded with 800k thai bht (about $21,000) OR that might be how the visa service assists. I have a thai bank account and a pension letter (bank documents from the US). from what i have been told recenlty IF you apply from in thailand you have to have 800K in a thai bank account IF you apply outside of thailand you can use a pension letter/US or non-thai bank statemetns of 65,000 bht ($1,800 USD a month). again this visa service seems that more is told on arrival in their office/jomtien.

  I think this will be a good addition to your channel content. Could do with a wider angle lens in the room shots though, perhaps even some broad view shots of the rooms from a few corners so we can get a better feel for the over all layout. Thanks for sharing!😁

  Why not hold it there they r big into mortar bike racking in my country they just close of the road to cars check it out northwest it’s crazy the speeds they go on rads not made for racing the Isle of Man is the same 😊😊

  I agree. All the roads would need to be resurfaced for F1 cars, safety barriers, road closures, spectator areas, security measures in place. It's not practical to have in on the roads here.
