Have aquired one but our Beer manager is having a really tough time on cans being crushed/not filled. Have even had a rep come and help to fine tune. Still having issues. anyone else have those problems and/or have hints to get this thing working better?

Wow I'm impressed I currently work at a Canning factory which cans everything from chicken stock to mock tail drinks. We run 150ml, 250ml, 330ml and 500ml cans. The machines I maintain product between 2500 and 4500 cans a hour. What world be the price for this type of setup?

What is the can filling capacity per hour? Is it automatic and how about cost??
The AT-1 (single head atmospheric filler/seamer) runs 6-12 CPM for carbonated beverages in standard 211 body diameter cans. The CP-4 (four-head counterpressure filler/seamer) runs 23-30 CPM in standard, sleek or slim cans; multiple fill volumes in each; carbonated or still beverages (w/ LN2 doser). The RT-212 (rotary infeed table) can run up to 60CPM. The PTA (can handle applicator) runs 100+ CPM.
