Are you sure about that? I work on a UK trawler that regularly fishes Norwegian waters, and offloads fish in Norway and Denmark. We also fish the waters of Iceland, Faroe Islands, Greenland as well as a few others. There's quite a few boats from the UK fishing Norwegian waters just as a few Norwegian boats fish UK waters. All depends on the vessels licencing and quota etc.

no this is just a trawler/purse siener that has fish tanks and when the tanks are full the ship goes to a port wich has a factory and sells the fish to the factory and then the factory proccesses the fish

Wow! I didn't even know this kind of seining was possible. I sein for salmon in Alaska, but we use 40-50 boats up here. This looks like a factory boat.
