We're a husband (Paul) and wife ( Linda) truck driving team. We've been driving together for 8 years. Before we completed our rookie year, we were tired of the same food at every truck stop. (Our choices were foot long sandwiches, burgers with special sauce or roast beef with a ten gallon hat with an occasional all you can eat buffet thrown in.) We made a few investments in small appliances and a power inverter and now we do most of our own cooking, with a strong emphasis on 12 volt cooking.
We don't care who you drive for or what you drive, or maybe you don't drive at all! All are welcome to our "home"!
Most days our truck is moving 22 hours and it's a daily challenge to eat better and stay out of the "truck stop rut."
Hopefully we can share our experiences and some tips on making delicious meals on the truck as we travel the highways of this big and beautiful country.

Was this a dc skillet? Thank you
Thank you. I now have a bag for my spices and pans❤
Love You Guys !!!
No water is needed to cook "boiled" eggs. I fill my tin with 5 eggs and cook for one hour and 45 minutes without preheating. I set the alarm on my phone so I don't forget to stop and take them out when the time is done.
DONT CARE ABOUT THE WEATHER REPORT
You are quite the yolkster
Really enjoyed this. Tony is FUNNY
I use foil in mine. Keeps it clean and I can toss the foil when done. I've also used two tins and put coins in the bottom of the one that makes contact with the hot part to keep food from burning. Made some brownies from the box using the coin trick. Turned out pretty good.
Have you ever tried baking or steaming whole potatoes in the "lunch box"?
Great video God bless
Hi thank you for the recipe, do you have any tips on how to make oven get hotter? I see You preheat and use alimunium on the bottom and top of the disposable pan. Does that help make it hotter? Or doe sit have to do with the fuse voltage?
Looks tasty 😋
Greetings friend !! What roads are you traveling on? I also walk all over the country.
I love my lunch box cooker ! My favorite thing to do with it is to put two or three bratwurst in it plug it in set it next to my seat while I am driving and let them cook, in about a half hour I’ve got lunch I can eat and keep driving. And by the way you have a new subscriber!
You two are so adorable!
Just found out after doing some research that the first post office in Mullinville Kansas was built in September 1884 I believe. I am also a truck driver that passes through every week on US 54. You guys seem like a really cool couple, I am a little late on this video just curious if you are still truck driving and how you are doing in 2022. Thank you for sharing your experience
Oklahoma roads suck!
I love how everyone is helping!
I could not pay attention to what you were saying because I couldn’t stop admiring your quilt! Beautiful work!!!!
Just a tip...get you a folding TV tray....
This is an awesome idea! I'll have to try this myself, minus the beef!
Love the hose clamps idea!

Its been 2 yrs, I hope and pray that you both are Ok, The sudden stop in videos scares us all, Wishing you the best
Why do you put quarters in the box?
That pedestrian bridge used to be a covered bridge that connected NJ to PA. A hurricane in in mid 50s caused massive flooding that washed the original bridge away. The pedestrian bridge was built on the original bridge pilings.
When Americans asked who these new northern settlers were, they said Canadians, and with a French accent sounds like Kana-jens. Probably interpreted by Americans as Cajuns. And new society was born.
You could use canning jar rings instead if clamps
easier to take a small piece of foil and roll into a small ball. Place 6 on the bottom of heat plate and rest your pan on top of foil pieces.
Where are you all now????
No fridge?
It was cool to see my home city in a video
Hoping you and yours all the best. Happy Holidays.
next time layer onions in layers between the potatoes and layer the cheese and a sprinkle of dry chives on top 👍👍
A thin slice in a taco shell with all the toppings would be amazing as well.
Thank you!!
Paul you are one blessed and lucky Man having Linda by your side!
Are y’all still running? I don’t see a recent video from y’all.
You guys are so adorable !! Icant wait to get back on the road❤.
How do you get rid of your waste water from cooking and washing?
I was hoping to watch you guys cook something on this video but it was great introduction. I love her voice is very soothing and easy to listen to you guys are cute couple
Funny, I’ve been using the road pro oven for years and I never thought to preheat the dang thing. I guess an old dog can learn a new trick. Thank you.
Ooh, thanks for the tip on the silicone loaf pan, I was wondering if they would work. So, no bueno, huh?
Your produce will last longer if you leave them unwashed until you're ready to use them. Great repurpose of those bags!
I love road tripping and am getting a RoadPro lunchbox oven. Your recipes look fab. I feel so blessed to have found you two. Happy trails!
Perfect for ramen noodles. I have one in the van.😀
Thank you for your video, I love your seasoning basket very organized 💜🌻
Can't believe this only has 12 views. What a great thing to come across on my recent trip through Kansas on my way home to NC. Wish I had experienced this artist earlier before he died.
You look like a really nice cool person.
