  ​@@karosak3433 Díky, jsem rád, že se líbí. 😅 Samotná implementace zvuků není až tak těžká, horší je shánět vhodné nahrávky bez rušivých elementů. Může se stát, že lidi třeba do toho kecaj, či bus zrovna vymete díru, apod. Pak to zní ve hře divně. To je na tom asi to nejhorší. 😂

  Yes, quite soon actually. If I'm not lazy, I might make a video today - UW12 Cursor 8 GNV Voith. That would be the representation of the final version. The things left to do are getting the Cursor 9 version from 18m to 12m bus and Cursor 8 GNV to 18m bus. The ZF GNV might come in one of future updates.

  Hello, I stumbled uppon your mod recently, so i downloaded it. After listening to your engine sounds sample I was hit by the ressemblance with mine. This was not surprising, after comparing all engine sample sounds 1 by 1, I have realised you have just removed a bit of bass on mine and reexported everythjing without the meta data. You also reused someambiant sounds from my Citelis DLC with the same methodology, like the plastic rattling sounds. I goes without saying this is unnacceptablen therefore I would like you to remove all the samples you took from me and only upload what you changed. Otherwise I'd have to report your mod on the webdisk.

  Hey, uh, bruh what are you talking about? I used and edited engine sounds that came with the Urbanway DLC, I didn't take anything from you. As you said, I cut out the horribly sounding, muddy low end and replaced it with multiple separate recordings. Export-wise, the SW that I use doesn't keep the metadata, nor allows you to add it. I never claimed the engine sounds were mine, I literally stated in the fucking ReadMe, that "This pack includes scripts and sounds, although tweaked & modified, that weren't made/recorded by me". So what are you on about? Is it forbidden to modify and upload sounds that actually came with the original DLC, while not taking credit for them and literally stating that they were only tweaked? To even use this fucking sound mod, you have to own the DLC which already has the sounds. So people already paid for the sounds, you got your money and this is just an alternative version I made public for the people. Free of any charge + got permission from Nerosy + I made the actual ZF sounds that should've come with the DLC as standard, but because some of you Halycon-affiliated clowns aren't able to do shit properly and on a certain level of realism and quality, you only care about cash grab, then someone has to do it for you and finish the job. Do you know what is more unacceptable? That you used a rattling sound (bordel_av_E5 - to be more specific), that you "borrowed" from a dashcam video made by a real-life driver in Slovakia, highly edited it, and put it in your PAID addon. I doubt you asked the person for permission to use his content for profit, or I even more highly doubt you gave him some sort of compensation. Don't push me, or I'll link the actual video with timestamps. So, with that being said, don't claim what isn't even yours. Anyways, I'll happily take the whole shit down, I don't give a damn, not to brag, but just to let you know, I have brand new engine sound recordings (Cursor 9 Diesel + Cursor 8 GNV ZF/GNV Voith), that were recorded by my good friend, are finished and sound better than anything you have in your DLC's. So you can turn your sounds sideways and stick it where the sun doesn't shine. Have a nice day.

  @@isthatakickdown Well, if you were reading the meta data you would know that the sounds for the Urbanway DLC are indeed mine. And as far as I know you didn't ask permission to Nerosy to reuse and modify original recordings either anyway. I wont go on your terrain with insults about the sound quality and will only state that the sounds were made to sound like an Heuliez GX437 on which the gearbow whine and startup were recorded. And I'm sad to report to you that this exact bus has an horibly sounding muddy low end. And the urbanway I recorded the sounds on originally as well : I didn't even have to apply an equalization to them... To answwer to you : yes it is forbiden to take the existing sounds, modify them and re export them, I'll let you check the copyright law from france, indeed, as stated by the bern convention, as an EU citizen you are obliged to obey the rules of the original creator's country. Having the permission to mod the bus is one thing and I'm glad you asked as many wouldn't have, but having the permission to modify original recording is another one, and since recordings were mine you should have asked me as well. To be honnest I haven't read your readme, and frankly it doesn't change the situatiuon. Yes people need the DLC to use your mod, but now thanks to you they have my sounds for free to do whatever they want with them. THIS is what I call unacceptable. I will prove to be more fairplay than you and not go to the disgrace of insulting your work, it is true that your ZF sounds are good, though I still preffer the whining sounds I did, and I will argue that the sounds you are talking about are almost inaudible, and I didn't have any recordings of them, so the only option to have them would have been to steel them from morphi which would even be more unnacceptable. About that rattling sound, I don't recall from where I had them but it's highly pronbable I took them from a youtube video. And you know what : it's fine, because according to the bern convention mentionned before, I have to follow the Slovakian copyright law in that case and it clearly states that for an audiovisual work to be protected by copyright, it needs to be registered officialy, which is not the case here. Moreover I will argue that this use falls under the jurisprudence of fair use. Which means that on the internet a small portion of the work might be used without any problem with another work, as long as it doesnt attack the reputation of the original work. here there are only 2 minutes worth of sounds... I'm happy for you if you found your piece with new sounds, and therefore you will see no problem in deleting all my sounds (modified or not) from your mods. I wish you all the best for future work as I generally like what you're doing unless you steal my stuff.

Do you want to see a screenshot of the conversation? Also, if you're offended about my opinion about your sounds, then good. Do things properly and I won't have anything to say. Coming up with excuses about a particular bus having a muddy low end just shows a lack of care. You should've chosen a different one. My new sounds don't have a muddy low end like yours do, so it's definitely possible to do a better job, if you really want and truly care, which I think you don't. Also, the sounds are available for free because of me? Are you out of your mind? If you're so worried about your sounds being available to everyone, why don't you do something about your addons getting leaked online? That does more damage than some fucking sound mod, tbh. About the rattling sound, you still went and stole the person's content without any notice, acted like it was yours in your comment above and now you're trying to make excuses about it. According to your logic that you used with me editing your sounds, you still used the person's work, edited it and even had the audacity to put it behind a paywall. That doesn't make it your work, even if it's edited, right? You also gave the person no credit whatsoever. So, who are you trying to moralize here, when you've had the same approach, even worse by making it a part of a paid content? At least I never claimed the engine sounds were mine, I claimed they weren't and they were just highly edited, I asked for permission where I described what I did and actually got the permission. Seems fine to me, especially if the sounds were a part of the addon in the first place, which they were, so it's not like i took the engine sounds from a different addon and used them for the Urbanway, so who's going around stealing another person's content? Definitely not me. Anyways, I appreciate you liking my work. If you wrote your initial comment more kindly and not used words like unacceptable, threatening me to report my mod and whatever, this conversation would've been done a long time ago and it would've been more pleasant to you. As I said before, I'll take down the whole mod, I don't really care, whatever helps you sleep better at night, the report for taking it down has been filed, since you can't simply delete postings on Reboot for some reason.

  ​@@isthatakickdown These were my sounds you modified, not Nerosy's, so nobody but me could have given you the permission to tweak my sounds and reupload them without the meta data so that every player not reading the readme (almost all of them) think they are yours. And anyway, I'm pretty sure your request to Nerosy wasn't 100% honnest because if you had asked him to modify then reupload all the original recording, he would have either said no, or told you to ask me. He just said you could sound mod his bus, that's all. Don't get me wrong, I'm fighting crack link as much as I can, but a leak is a leak no matter how big it is, and a leak of my sounds is something I don't want happening. About those rattling sounds, there is nothing moral here, it's just the law. What I did might not be ok to your moral standards, but since you did worse you are nobody to challenge me on this. However you're right, I should have put the video author's name in the meta data, this could be an improvement for future iterration of this kind of things. But don't make me the villain here, you still are : whereas these sounds required no work at all except turning on a camera for the driver, I edited them to use them, so put more effort in them than the driver did. Don't get me wrong, those sounds are still part of his video, but I'm pretty sure he didn't do this video to record rattling noises for OMSI.. And when you re-used these rattling sounds, you didn't credit the driver either isn't it ? You even didn't credit me for editing them in a usable way for OMSI purposes ! Moreover what you did is even worse, the sounds you stole from me, I derushed them, I took my arse and went to the garage to record them, even bought a mic for them. So please stop turning things your way. Again, don't turn this situation your way. What you did was unnacceptable, and I was all in my right to threaten you to report your mod on the webdisk. And as opposed to yours, my messages all remained polite, whereas you instantly insult me and my work. So don't tell me this argument is my fault : it's still yours. Seriously, question yourself : no matter what you say to yourself you are just wrong. You did not have the right to do what you did. It is not ok by any mean, and what you are accusing me of doing, while questionnable, is legally ok, but since you did the same and even worse, all I see is a pathetic way to make things look better for you. You are just wrong, accept it. And you know what, it's ok. We all make mistakes, you did one, you fixed it, and now I move on. But don't tell me that somehow, all this is my fault. It's not.
