  I'm looking for an old interview where Dolly said how she lost the weight. This is what she said. I did what she did and yes. I lost a ton and kept most of it off. She went to a Smaller plate. At first she filled it up . Slowly she cut back on the amount on her plate. That's how she did it. I hope my comment helps someone. ❤
