From this, it seems like Star Eater isn't working properly with Needlestorm. At base the needles do 35,799. So with x6 Star Eater you would expect a 70% increase to 60,858 right? But instead it's only 35% increasing going to 48,328 dmg per needle. Whereas Novabomb is getting the exact 70% increase you would expect. I wonder what's going on with that?
its tuned to needlestorm specifically only do 35% more damage over 70%
@@ThriveOnEgo_ Is this mentioned somewhere? Seems odd that one super would be tuned specifically in a different way than every other super on every class, especially for an exotic perk that wasn't even originally designed for Warlock.
@@R0ckKing its either that or you are only getting the needle damage buffed and not the threadlings. also no thread of evolution to help bump up the damage to the threadlings.
@@ThriveOnEgo_ The other option is that it's a bug, which is what I think it is. Threadlings are coded by source, hence Verity doesn't increase damage of super Threadlings and Star Eater should not increase damage of Threadling Grenades. But the Needlestorm Threadlings are still very much a part of that super. It would be very disappointing if this behavior with Star Eater was expected.
@@R0ckKing well actually might be a bug cause the threadlings from the super are supposed to deal 41.5% more damage which is about what's missing from the star eater increase. could just be an issue with the threadlings on prismatic coding weird. but as it stands that's just how it is

Honestly considering the true FINAL cutscenes of the dlc will be held in such high regard (and rightfully so) these two cutscenes filled me with so much hype when i first saw them,

It does some pretty nutty damage, I’m running this combo myself, I will say the most annoying part of twilight arsenal is that if there is a single add in the room, you can bet one or more of those axes will go track that thing rather than the boss you aim it at
I kept seeing cutscenes of Osiris and saint super close to each other and I’m like no way these two are together which all lead me here to, it’s a tad bit weird
The only downside to quitting the game near those boxes, right after you've killed the Demolisher, is that you lose your exp, I really want my exp, lol!
I dont get why t crash on base does less then every other super while you also have to get in an enemies face

No, everyone can see the cutscenes. You just have to play the mission

Arc Missile DEMANDS a buff, its supposed to be a massive one hitting super, but it hardly does any damage compared to other supers, it needs that one single hit buff, bungie please help my fav super b wuts its meant 2 b, not weak af😢

I get this was just a test for supers avalible on prismatic for stareaters, but i wouldve loved to see the comparison to pyrogales big hammer
Go back and look at pyrogale video, it hasn’t been changed. Pretty sure twilight beats it by a few hundred thousand though.

just to put to perspective twilight arsenal does more damage than a nighthawk shot with star eaters this means once still hunt gets nerfed (i dont think anyone is surprised) titans will have likely the highest dps setup plus it applies weaken and gives a free axe that doesnt really help that much but you know its free adclear i ve seen so many people saying prismatic titan is bad but that cant be further than the truth
You can throw the additional axes for a bonus 30k to 40k damage per axe hit. You also reapply weaken extending its duration with each refresh. You can in theory spam weakening on a boss for a long duration if you time your axe throws.

Expanding Abyss - Void sources deal increased damage to weakened targets.
Tcrash is the prime example of the state of titans: nerfed into the floor. Yes, titans were the best class in witch queen by far, but it does not justify them being nerfed so hard. RIP HOIL: died in 2023.

@@kingkurasaki4095 We got a good super. Super is a small portion of your game. You know who has a super that just got buffed and is stronger than twilight? Nova bomb. I'm not saying we didn't get anything good, what I'm saying is that our build diversity has gone straight off the cliff because our staple exotic has gotten destroyed, and our other staple exotic keeps getting nerfed. We haven't gotten any exotics really to compensate either.

Is it just me or does the opening cut scene and this feel like it should be one big cut scene that was cut in the middle for a campaign that only made sence with the context provided abiut 3 season later?

Probably not. I don't like doing roaming supers, tbh with you because of the damage being inconsistent, but I'll probably do the warlock nova bomb & needlestorm with star-eater
