I have been a 1/18 high end diecast and resin super car collector for around 25 years and have been an avid modeler for the same time. I collect Ferrari, Lamborghini, Pagani and Koenigsegg high end models and a few various other models including Nissan and Liberty Walk models.
On my channel you will find videos of my super car collection, reviews of new high end super car models and past model releases, custom model tutorials and tips and tricks for making your own supercar models, and some other supercar related content. By a collector - for collectors.
I also sell models and model parts on Ebay under the seller name RobsModelCars.
You can also find me on DiecastXchange.com , the online diecast forum under the name ROBSMC. Here you will find tutorials of my custom model builds and more.

Hey That’s my favorite car ever the classic Lamborghini... How much? I’m from the Philippines hopefully you can gift me some of your 1:18 Lamborghini countach... That’s cool
I have 3 x Aa 787B, the original black box, re-released with the trophy and the rare htf #18 from same race all new & before the silly prices nowdays they fetch. This is a pretty good rendition for the price point.
hi Rob! a question: is a resin model or metal?cause i wanna to paint the same model(i have one of this)and i want to go safe with it. good job, thx!
Man I really wanted this. But it’s sold out /: even the white one
These are junk. Slop everywhere,
Do the doors open
Excellent guide, I am hoping to try this out on an upcoming build BUT... you have two part 2's ? I can't find part 1. Great workmanship 👍
Well done and wish you and your family all the best.
Wouldn't it have made more sense to save that money and get an actual car?
The back of the wing looks a little bit tilted
Ay first, I wasn't sold on the technique. I started looking for forged hoods for the 2000 Honda Civic that I am building. WOW! This is a very realistic appearance to a forged Honda hood.
it's funny how collectors (myself included) often don't realize the money they've been spending to collect their 'treasures'. At time I was collecting stuff knowing I wouldn't even have the space to display it as it grew so fast and adjustment needed to be made constantly. Saying your video taught me maybe it's time to reevaluate things would be a lie (deep down we know it guys, but our 'addiction' keeps us from admitting it) but it did wake me up a little. I do own a house (not yet mortgage free sadly) but I realize the money I've spent for years could be spent elsewhere so my daily life would be so much more 'comfortable'. Also I realize I gradually started collecting more things as interests changed, but kept my 'older' collections going more or less out of habit. And although I never missed a meal or didn't pay a bill because of it, it's a stupid thing to do. I'm about your age (51), maybe it's our 'midlife crisis' that's acting up? 🫤 Where other people start spending money to feel young, we're thinking about getting back money we already spent to 'get old' comfortably.
Why are closed models more expensive then the one where you can open all? They are much closer to the original
👌🏻👌🏻👏👏👏👏👏
😮😮
Another interesting thing to note is that while this car utilizes the sliding lexan windows, its inner door panels are exposed carbon. On a genuine lexan sliding window F40, the inner door panels are painted carbon.
1/18 or 1/64 ?
Lovely model, nice review. Thank you✊🏻✊🏻
Thanks for the heart to heart connect Robs… we love your selfless efforts you put in 🫡
Hi. Did you make those silver plates in front of the cars with the name on them?
This is the best Agera if not the best Koeinggsegg
Great review, i was under the impression that bbr were the best available, but ive never owned one, they always seemed very expensive, so this review means a lot, i dont think I've heard of ab models, as most of us dont have other models of the same car to judge the best, this video helps so much,
How do you deal with the unpainted spots left when you remove the part from the sprue?
Grown man w/ kid’s haircut.
which one would you buy?
Where can I find a similar clock
It's time to trim your nails
I'm not sure you can blame Zero paints, have you tested on any other resin cars. Perhaps that batch of resin was defective? possible? I don't know.
1:03 thanks
I think u can gain some income buy make some model exhibition at school or anywhere suitable
are you selling this by any chance?
I'd be like a 59 yr old kid in a toy shop in there ...
Ps...Is it worth while maybe airbrushing the seat to seal them as I have had rubber go sticky on some of my Auto Art diecast models and fear the same thing happening on these as well just a thought...!! Love you work you are a inspiration.
Watching these over and over as wish to do the same on a pocher Aventador myself not the roadster sadly as sily money now , but that said looking forward to this as a long project...
Unbelievable work im inspired to try and do a Aventador myself....
Excellent work thinking of doing a 1/8 Pocher Lamborghini Aventador as thinking of getting a yellow one and striping the paint and airbrushing it candy blue with tamiya lacquer paint , plus I don't like their paint finishes obviously I'd planned to just primer and repaint the coloured plastic parts ... But I'm a bit nervous as they are not cheap, any advice on the striping would be appreciated...cheers
Would this method work ok on a 1/8 Pocher Lamborghini as not sure what paint they use ...!! as thinking of getting a yellow one and airbrushing it candy blue with tamiya lacquer paint , plus I don't like their paint finishes obviously I'd planned to just primer and repaint the coloured plastic parts ... But I'm a bit nervous as they are not cheap, any advice would be appreciated...cheers
I collect same model same color in both scales 1/18 and 1/64 as both scales have their advantages
How can i buy this model car?
Hello new to the channel, I am encountering a problem removing the Ferrari F430 from its base and I wanted to ask if you know how to remove it, any help will do🙏
