Sad to see the sportster go but here to new adventures. I love the sound of bike can I ask how much bigger or heavier did it feel then to sportster to you.
@ayedann_irl3 ай бұрын
I'm sad to see the Sportster go as well, but having this bike opens the door to many more adventures! In terms of weight, not too different but definitely noticeable. However my perception is a bit skewed because I handle motorcycles of all weights at slow speeds for work, so I can handle just about anything.

This Suzuki is not old, but a beautiful, aesthetic and timeless power cruiser. The engineers at Suzuki did everything right back then. And you did everything right because you now own this motorcycle, which you can still ride in 20 years. Superb engine sound, absolutely powerful with a lot of torque and great handling of the machine. And this performance right from the factory, which you don’t get from other manufacturers in this form. For me, the 2006 and 2007 models, where the tachometer display is raised, are the most beautiful M109R motorcycles. I tested a motorcycle back in 2006. However, the dealer wanted to give me too little for my motorcycle. So I kept my motorcycle. I wish you always a safe ride and wonderful experiences with this Suzuki.

Thank you for your comment! My time with the Suzuki was short but a beautiful time. Sadly I traded it in for something that was a bit more beginner friendly. However I plan to acquire another one because they're just so damn nice!

I had a 2012 Sportster 1200 Custom. It had a set of V&H pipes on it. It popped all the time. Ran rough too. I test drove a 2014 Sportster 1200 Custom. It had a full Stage 1 on it. Python pipes, V&H Big Sucker air, and a V&H FP3 tuner. Big difference. No backfire, no popping, no stalling. Much peppier too. You at least, need to get a tuner. I was amazed. Sportster Custom is a great bike for cruising around. Mine is a keeper.
@ayedann_irl8 ай бұрын
Thank you for your comment! A tuner is most certainly coming in the future, just not sure when. The riding season is unfortunately coming to a close as temperatures drop and winds pick up, however that doesn't mean it's not a chance to get a tune. Safe riding!

Thank you for your comment, I've got more videos in the works! As for the GoPro I have a kit that mounts on my helmet that acts as a chin mount then a purple panda microphone in my jacket. As for the popping, I'm not in a huge rush to fix it since it adds character and doesn't seem to cause much damage. Good to hear someone else has the same thing!
