  how do you deal with loneliness?

  I am around your age and I assume you need some advice on dealing with loneliness so I going to tell you how I deal with it. 1. Talk to someone who is retired. No really, I am not kidding. Retired people are usually people who grew up socializing with others and they tend to be happy with socializing with someone. Plus they live long enough to understand the world around them so they may even help you understand yourself, what you should or shouldn't do, and what you want to do. One of my longest-held relationships was with someone who is retired. Come to think of it, the older the person, the more likely they want to speak to someone. 2. It's going to be hard to find to find friends around your age (In my case, they cooped up at work). Try finding a community online or in real life with like-minded people. I notice that you like music and filming so maybe find a group around you that dedicate a path like that. - Beware of large high-population joints or places, you will never get to know most of the people there and it's the same as living in NYC. - Also beware of groups that preach a high sense of morality or virtue. I;ve been around people that preach about being good or better than other people, both religious and not but they always seem to hold a dark secret. One example are those drama channels or corpo scam expose channels. 3. Hang out with your family even those who aren't in your intermediate group. I assume some of them are retired or just needed someone to speak to. Take them out somewhere, you know walk in a trail, golf or baskeball or eat. Maybe walk a dog if they have it or just pay them a visit. Whatever your family has interest in, join along. Try visiting for fun, not business. I likely forgot or didn't cover everything so I ask a question. I will also send a message over to your instagram that goes by the name of 462 Designs or something (old online name.)
