  Cool, months ago, I solved a focus problem on a nearly ten years old Webcam "Tp Link 5222" using this method (actually I re-made the piece to be usable from outside without needing disassembling). Today using this exact same Logitech Webcam from an old messed box, I was having the exact same problem and was not sure if it have also a manual focus inside, I made a basic search on "logitech camwrong focus" on youtube and your video was first result :), I am the 139 th viewers and first like :) :) Thanks for sharing, I am gonna unassemble this old webcam right now !

  How safe is it to do this process while the pc is on? I mean in the end it looks like it is working since you open the bios with working one and force flash it to bricked one yet, it just does not look safe in my opinion.
