For the flags I find its better to scan into a computer, then print off and cut out to make the flags

Nice unbagging. Seeing a few of them build and paintwd up qould be nice. Maybe even compared to other manufacturers for scale. Looking forward to follow your channel.

I like Fireforge and have a load of their hard plastic Byzantines. I got these Varangians to add to the army and they were a nightmare. In the box are arms and axes for two-handed axe, shield arms and right arms for single handed weapons, but no single-handed weapons. So if you want them you need to get into the spares box. It was extremely difficult trying to line up the arms with the hands (which are moulded onto the axe) as you need to get the arms at exactly the right angle to line up with the flat bit at the end of the hands. The only glue which would stick was superglue, and even that provides no adhesion initially. The provided axes did not match the arms (in terms of angles you need to fix at, and whether over hand or underhand), so I ended up having to shave off the hands to use the double handed axes either single hand or resting on the shoulder. The resin would not take my usual acryllic I use for undercoat at all, so I had to dig out an old Humbrol enamel to undercoat them. Overall very disappointed. For the price I wish I had bought some of the metal Varangians on the market.

Just got a set of these bad boys. The detail is great, but my goodness I am having so much more trouble assembling them than any other Perry or Victrix set I've gotten. Gaps galore!

I want to get into this game but I find myself lost with every question I have. This game definitely has a smaller group of players thst what I previously have played. I can't find anything actually explaining the list so I can figure out what I need to buy or showing me what other things I may need to be able to play. Is there some place I should go to get answers?

This kit is really good. I've got one and I can vouch for the quality. The sergeant/mounted archer bodies could also be used for 1390s men at arms and the various other bodies and helmet evolutions, cover the period up to 1430. I also use them as ASOIAF miniatures, though obviously more realistic and mundane than the tv shows and the wargame. You can get at most of the seven kingdoms, excluding some of Dorne and the Iron Islands, to certain degrees. 3:35 is a style of visor where the eyeslits would be small vertical gaps cut for eyeholes in order to further protect the eyes, stopping someone from slipping a dagger or sword in. It reduced visibility even more, but often knights didn't usually need visibility having the visors up for most of a battle, only putting them down when about to go into combat.

For me my biggest challenge is patience. Your literally having to glue a part and let it dry before gluing another part. It's well worth it though to get good results.

Hi and greetings from the UK. I just completed today my ledge top caravan. I had a few problems such as accidently breaking one of the shafts though i manage to repair it. I will order the bow top wagon. Thank you so much for your tutorial, subbed. 😊 I love your accent.

I practise my 40 days a year longbow shooting here in England. The club celebrates The Hundred Years War - Battle of Crecy. The targets are of course medieval inspired and a padded gambeson is more difficult to penetrate with medieval pyles (arrow heads) than you imagine. I used those that penetrate chain & plate.

Have you reviewed any of their models in recent times if quality has changed? Their dwarfs look great in pictures and I just need 1-2 for my DnD Warband however they cost between 6-9 dollars a model which is VERY pricey so if I dont get my moneys worth that would suck. Also how do they fit with other models? they look quite tall compared to other 28mm miniature brands.

I was very disapointed with the crossbows. I expected some with two arms to make the poses easier. Also, I had no idea which left arm went with which right arm - no assembly instructions, no numbers, just pot luck.

I know this video is older, but for state side plastics Wargames Atlantic is really gearing up. They have Historical, Fantasy, and Sci Fi minis. Their lines are a bit all over the place but nowthat they moved the entire operation to the US they are really going to ramp up production. I'm actually considering getting this Perry set and a set of Wargames Atlantic's Les Grognards to do some odd alt history/ sci fi kitbashing.

The prints look a little overexposed I think. Detail could be sharper with a couple tweaks to exposure time. Overall pretty good, just needs to work on supports as you said. the 3d printing pro channel has great tips for that. Remove the supports prior to curing after soaking in some hot water. You can get almost no support damage that way.

"studded leather" never existed. "Studs" on armor are rivets to hold different stuff together. Like in brigandine armor, which is usually overlapping metal plaquettes riveted to the underside of a suede or heavy fabric outer layer (it is from seeing this that Gary Gygax got the misconception of studded leather from; he didn't know jack shit about armor).
