Fantastic! I have been looking for a work around to dynamic small multiples for a while now. Currently in the process of creating this in the Deneb visual using the Vega language, but this is a great work around in the mean time, great content!

@@CurbalEN Would i be correct in saying there is a limitation in this though, as the small multiples are only dynamic by either row or column? Not sure if they can dynamically be used in combination of each other, for example if you have 8 small multiples rather than having 8 in a row, you would have 2 rows of 4.
@DanialWard yeah, you are right. I normally layout small multiples in one row or column as I find them easier to read
Thanks Ruth, appreciated as always. The shorter summary length I actually thought worked well with a focus on the more important issues only where needed and follow up videos as required. I'm sure you feel the difference in creating them!

Hey Ruth, I don't see the split screen view on the paginated report create screen, i also don't see the option to insert a footer, only a header, it is a preview feature, but I'm not seeing where to enable it. any ideas?

hi There, can u make a tutorial for a disaster related for example if earthquake happened in particular area, the purpose is to locate what is the impact in certain radius, impacted place could be ( houses, hospital, etc, with longlat info ) and also the distance from the earthquake ground zero, tks

What in case it gives me an error when I try to do the maxpage = 200 because the API max for page is 100?

This is great .. If I wanted to use the hierarchy in a slicer, how do I get the blanks to not show up there?
For the dax query editor, does that mean the data source is going to be auto refreshed? Without pressing the refresh button? Because i need an auto referesher that will refresh the dashboard DESKTOP without clicking the button! 😩😩

I am facing issues with page level filters not applying to a visual although it is reflecting in the filter pane. I checked the relationships . Still no luck . Please if anyone can help

How do you get the ‘insert visual’ in your ribbon?? (Great video btw, will DEFINITELY be using these for presentations to the less data oriented audience)
Isnt there for all ? Maybe it has to do with the settings for the new format pane?
One major issue with the forecasting set-up is that there is no way I can see of stopping forecasts going negative?! Most business people are going to be using this to extrapolate sales which obviously can only fall as low as zero. Big oversight with this imo.
Just a warning about this solution. Yes it will categorize into Others and will enable drill through, but will do that only on one filtered scope of the fact table. Filtering other dimension will most likely change the TOPN and Other categories so the usage is very limited. Just making a note about this since I almost started to use it... Ruth: You are great though, but this video you might remove since it's so very likely that the usage will not show the correct result
Love it! Definitely requires more tinkering than a built-in visual, but less so than Charticulator. I will have to take a deeper look at it since it's been a while since I used it last. Thanks, Ruth!
