  This is at an encounter surveillance system beacon. A portion of the bounties go into a bank then pay out every 2 hours. You go to this beacon to rob the bank and it alerts everyone in the constellation. When you enter the ESS, it scrams you like a HIC does so you can't use MWD and you can't warp out unless you burn out of range of the ESS. It's great fun

  This is eve I loved. 1 ship on borrowed time Vs bunch of seagulls squeeking mine mine mine. Was in null is one of last bastions of actual PvP fun. Despite whankers in marauders trying to pin another kill mark of dude in a cruiser. Especially in botlands like guristas and drone space.

  Some of the plays here were good...but that BNI got into web range...clearly not an experienced pilot, because he should have thrown a web on you; If I (or any half decent player) were driving the BNI...you would would have been going home sans officer modules and probably wouldn't have made this video.

  inside ESS in null sec. so when you do ratting in null sec a portion of that money goes to something called ESS. meaning enemies can go inn there and try steal it. the downside is that the ESS have a 70km bubble that works as a scram, so you cant warp off and microwarps wont work inn there. thats why you want special fits for ESS fights and you wanna use afterburners only and point not really needed
