Hey guys. It’s Kellan again. Just wanted to say. Love your entrance module. Just so you guys know whenever I’m at you guys locations visiting and listening to the module and recording on my phone to listen to it if anything is out of the ordinary wash, I hear something that doesn’t sound right even though it may not be as bad as you think. I always let staff know on site immediately. Also, thank you guys again, can you have Ryan Eisenberg? Read this comment if you can Ryan I remember meeting you with my twin brother at Hudsonville location thank you for letting me and my brother enjoy Tommy’s.

Hey guys. How are you. It’s Kellan again. For those who have not ever read my comments I have a severe visual impairment. And Tommy’s is one of my favorite things. I met Ryan Eisenberg at Hudsonville location once. Can you tell him, Kellan and his twin brother Jake say hi. I met him a while ago.
LMAO. This type of car wash with spinning ‘scrubbers’ will destroy your paint in about 5 years. By destroy, I mean leave micro scratches every wash. Those get worse every wash and in no time your paint will look like someone used a Brillo pad to wash it. Hand wash with Chenille mitt and dry with clean microfiber edgeless towels. Apply sealer then wax or ceramic at least every 2 months. IF you want your paint to look new for 20 years.

In case this is a person that hasn’t read my comments before I am obsessed with Tommy’s and I love the entrance module me and my twin brother are both severely visually impaired and my twin brother is in a wheelchair. We both love Tom is and it is our favorite thing in the whole entire world, we both have autism so car washes as one of our favorite things like Hudsonville locations triple threats is that correct? Also if you see Ryan Eisenberg, can you tell him that Kellan from Tommy’s in Hudsonville says hi.😅😅😅

As your vehicle exits the tunnel, our tire gloss applicator applies a protective gloss coating to keep your tires shiny and looking their best. This is included in our Works wash!

I was also just curious sometimes when I am standing inside the Hudsonville location next to the entrance module when it kind of stinks in there, and I smelling the buildup of stuff in the pit. What gets down there that I am smelling that makes it smell bad.
Hi Kellan, that is our water reclamation system. We use reclaimed water for certain parts of our wash, and we use ozone to help with the odor. Sometimes it is strong!

I really like especially the entrance module. I also have another question for you guys. I am also severely visually impaired. But I was curious, I have enough to be able to see light. What is the blue arch at the end of the tunnel? At least it looks blue to me.
The arch with blue lights is our high pressure rinse. Right after that is Tommy Guard with green lights, if your wash package includes it. Closely following that is our drying agent, and the last arch with red LED lights has our spot free rinse :) hope this helps!

I also wanted to let you guys know. I do have autism. Which makes me obsessed with some certain things. One of them is Tommy’s express. Mostly entrance module. Did you guys know if when someone’s loading on the belt and the entrance module still says stop when you hit restart. The speaker clicks there’s a five second delay, and then it says please place the car in neutral and take your foot off the break, the people at Hudsonville location were telling me I hear some things that they don’t hear of something wrong. I always am sure to tell them.
I also have one of the older under armor uniform shirts with the logo in my own name tag it’s also in braille. Also. Just curious. Where are the entrance models manufactured. I love the voice. Will you be sure to thank your corporate for letting me stand by the entrance module. That’s the biggest thing. Thanks.

Hi. It’s Kellan. I am a big fan of Tommy’s. I commented yesterday. This video sounds like it was taken at the Hudsonville location before the AW blowers were switched over to custom Tommy express blowers. I was actually part of the reason that told them to replace them. Because the winding down when they wind down, the sound of the timing was off whenever something is not right I always tell one of your team members, if something doesn’t sound right
