but everytime I want to move the last thing in a group the whole group is moving
@ksln4 ай бұрын
Been a while since I touched this, but it sounds to me that the group is selected rather than the thing. If this is because of a "selection mode" (ie. move groups or singular elements due to a hotkey being pressed) or simply because you need to click the thing you want to move within a group first so that it's selected, then move it - I'm drawing a blank on. It may also be that the way you've done it is select a group, then dragged the line to the last element. This means that it's not part of the group, but the thing the group is tied to. So the correct way of going about it would be drag the line from the last element to the group. I'm ERRH on the QuakeWorld Discord. Send me your config in a DM and I can have a stab at it if you wish. :3

Yes, but I had to use OpenXR Toolkit to get access to upscaling. Currently running it somewhere between 67-74% with the NIS upscaling method, and a fair few settings at low to get the game to flow. Maybe I can do a settings stream one of these days. You set the upscaling % and method in an in-game overlay. You can see the shortcuts to get access to the menu and such in the OpenXR Toolkit app in Windows. :)

And also there's a Dirt VR FPS fix dll which allows for customizing the environment. Iirc, I reduced the quality of trees a bit, removed some of the foiliage and reduced the fog/mist by a loooot to get more FPS and improve visibility.

Steam VR?
@ksln8 ай бұрын
Hey there! I'm using the OpenComposite fork of OpenXR. You can find it here: gitlab.com/znixian/OpenOVR Scroll down a bit and you'll find instructions. Highly recommend using the Launcher application linked just above the DLLs as it lets you easily switch between SteamVR and OpenXR by click of a button or per-application profiles. It also looks for updates and applies them by the click of a button. :) Only downside is that there's little support for overlays, so if you rely on those, SteamVR is the way. But for raw performance, nothing beats OpenComposite for AC, ACC, Dirt and a bunch of other titles. :)
