  It's easy for a cable player to be an expert that air hyper viper beam is one of the easiest things to master. Just do one after the other. Dr doom and ironmans infinite is much more difficult to master. As those players tend to be an experts choice not a beginners like cable.

  Mastering a super doesn't mean being an expert with a character. Just like doing an Ironman infinity combo doesn't mean your skilled player.

  @@Kruppt808 always someone to disagree on social media. Cable is a relatively easy character to master. I've seen even novice cable characters beat skilled magnetos. The key to cable is to spam his projectiles and keep the distance. If done right your opponent shouldn't even have a second to super jump or jump tri jump or counter. A good cable player won't even give the opponent .2 seconds to move around. Spam the air gun shot, air jab viper beam and grenade, and punish opponents that get too close with a scimitar, crackdown, and boot to the face followed by air hyper viper beam along with good assists if they like to cross up.

  ​@@donniebrasco1364You sure those were skilled Magneto players? A common high level tactic is to snap in Cable to rush him down. Preferably one without meter. Cable usually gets eaten alive.

  This be old but damn not many people knew how to fight doom I guess lol. I played against s/d for years so I know you gotta stay above doom in order to punish him, his pink lasers can't reach you if you're above him. Just run away and let him come to you, he'll be throwing out fp stupidly like you can't punish it so when he does it just wave dash up on the ground and launch.

  @20:22 - Got to discipline myself more to always block high afterwards. This gets tricky at times but blocking Hugh immediately afterwards followed by a push-block is the safest way.
