Hi. I have a DS-7216HUHI-K2 DVR with a couple older IP and BNC Turbo HD cameras connected to it. I recently bought a DS-2CD2387G2P-LSU/SL (180 degree panoramic camera) and added to the system. I can see the live view feed on the app ^ online.. but I just can't seem to view it thru the DVR's display (HDMI output to tv). Am I doing something wrong, or is it that the DVR just can't process the wide-angle image?
How do you enable audio?
DS-2DE3A400BW-DE vs DS-2CD2387G2P-LSU/SL ColorVu 8MP Panoramic , which ones you think has the best I'm seeing details in further distance? Also can this Panoramic camera zoom in/out? Thanks.
Can this camera be connected with other brands NVR, such as the Dahua brand?
I’ve not tested it but as long as it’s onvif and it supports the resolutions I don’t see a issue
@@unlimitedcctv Thank you.
Hasn't worked im still an hour out
Can u list the steps. It’s way too fast & confusing!
Are you kidding me? Take this video down before you do damage to your name or business. That's exactly how NOT to crimp the BNC connector. I can't stop laughing
Looks hideous with the braiding sticking out
Hi can u help in setting schedule?
Did you say it can only take a max of a 128mb SD card?!
could the resistor be installed on the cable on the other end not next to the bell as i have no room
More stupid music
It seems the Hikconnect app changed. no "Notification" setup anymore. it has been replaced by "Do not disturb" (I'm receving push notifications just for 1 camera over 4, all configured to notify supervision system...)
What are the Mbps requirements for Wifi please?
Does this use glycerol?
yea
Bro - You forgot to crimp the centre pin!
Volume is really low
When i click on the camera after i added him in to the list, ik always get a black screen with the ajax logo and that lasts everytime untill the app crashes. Did i do something wrong or is that something in my settings of Hikvision?
not quite sure reboot your nvr to start with see if that helps
Hi! Any idea if this is compatible with Echo Show?

ONVIF / BlueIris testing?
Cheers guys, been looking for lots of videos on how the push notifications work and this is the first one that actually shows the notification in the app itself.
Hi Unlimted cctv, I am sorry to bother you I am trying to connect the WiFi and it is just failing and can not connect to the app. It has registered the Device, it confirm it has registered the WiFi, it scans the QR Code and after that it does not connect to the app and and the WiFI does not seem to connect or open the app, keep getting message WiFi speed slow, or WiFi to far, so I dismantle the door Hikvision video door bell ring and placed it next to the router and still get the same message. Before it was connected front door of the house and it had the same issue. Any ideas what could be wrong. Appreciate if you can advice.
Is your phone connected to the WiFi on 5ghz if it is forget the network and connect to the 2.4
Hi Mate Thanks for your reply. I got it connected by using the 24volt transformer and 8Va and it was working fine now from Sunday to Wednesday, now it gone off line and don’t seem to get it back online. I was with Vodafone Broadband and now changed to Virgin Media, so I don’t know if it virgin media router hub 3.0. The reason it did not connect first time was I was using the existing transformer to see if the video bell is working or not,but due to chime wiring connected it was taking all the power and the video door bell did not enough power to connect, as soon I disconnected wiring from Chime it worked and you can see live view and motion detection pictures. But due to small transformer you could not answer the call due to not enough power output. Since I changed the transformer was working really fine for 3.5 days and now it just won’t come on Online, it just says offline. I tried reset button 15 seconds and it goes to rebooting and no luck, I tried pressing reset for 5 second to WiFi message comes up, but still not be able to connect to video door bell and took the wiring off from chime and made no difference. It shows the WiFi ssid and password, but won’t connect to app or the Generate button stays grey, reset so many time but made no difference. I tried the old Router Vodafone which I had contract with this did not work, as I thought it might my virgin media router blocking the access. I Phone Hikvision and Said it is common problem you need to up date firmware’s, I am on now V1.4.62 build 180515 and Hikvision sent me another file to upgrade. I also have the WiFi booster next to the door video push ring
Good video, all details well covered too.
What's to stop some pikey ripping this off the door and selling it? I think Ring replace theirs. I see the star screw, but everyone has a tool for that.
Yeah Ring have a free replacement program where you submit a police report and they send you a replacement. Hikvision needs something similar, as they're actually more expensive than the Ring. Shame, as I much prefer the non-cloud products. Don't want every visitor to my door (including myself and family) photographed, dated, and timestamped and sent to Amazon for adding into their bloody customer database.
How do you add that doorbell to your Hikvision NVR, and access all of a normal Hikvision camera settings,. motion zones, image quality, frame rates, etc.?
Best way is to search it on the network and add it to the NVR in the cameras menu
Absolutely fantastic service from these guys helped me sort out my cctv fitted and there wasn't a question these guys couldn't answer cheers aasif
Great video, can you explain how to disable motion notification as is very annoying if you live in a busy road, and can you have it working on multiple accounts like Ring doorbell and device sharing doesn't work. Thanks
Hi mate. Does this doorbell only ring the app or does it ring a sounder in the house too?
It does both if you have a chime on the inside
All the talk in the video is about the camera side, which while still important, there is no mention of connecting the doorbell!!! how does a 24v powered device work with the average mains powered UK doorbell which works on 12 volts?
The newer ones are 12v - problem solved
Hi, can the doorbell be added to the existing iVMS-4500 app on the phone as an additional camera? Thanks in advance.
My doorbell keeps losing the Wi-fi connection - light flashes red/blue. Is there a quick & easy way of reconnecting to my Wi-fi please? I have Hikvision cameras too that remain connected.
You probably need a wifi Extender between your doorbell and router.
Hi I have a Hikvision DVR can this be added to that system to record as another cam ?
TOM SKI if it's a modern DVR with the extra IP channel then yes it can. Give us a call and we can find out for you 07596934664
What is the purpose of the resistor please?
According to the Manual it says you need a psu between 16vac and 24vac i presume its to keep the voltage between these numbers
In demo mode (as in video) the resistor acts as mechanical's chime coil, you don't need it once you install the doorbell using your existing mechanical chime. The coil of your mech. chime replaces the resistor.
