    P.s. Mr Coleman does not talk a lot of S*** I found out in life a lot of weight lifters fall in the habit of taking S*** that was there downfall I try to not talk a lot of S*** myself but it is hard sometimes because it is what it is another reason I like Mr Coleman is he is very modest and thank you for your service Mr Coleman!!!!!

    That’s how you know he was blasting so much gear. Turns your body into a white hot star that’ll burn anything, but at the cost of longevity. I’m continually amazed how even a little TRT therapy will change the body composition of a man. I’ve seen 50 year old men go from decent to ripped on the stuff in just a matter of a few months.

  • @alexreid4131
    @alexreid413115 күн бұрын

    @@mtb416 genuine question here as I’m 46 and starting to look into TRT with my Dr. reading what I can on it. I’m not looking to get massive or ripped etc. it’s not an aesthetic thing for me. I was a boxer, climber, surfer, swimmer and Captain in the British Army and have always started in shape and eaten well. But, I am noticing lack of muscle tension and other stuff. I live on an acreage so there’s always a lot of physical work to do. My goal is maintaining long term health as best as I can to serve my family as long as I can. Is TRT a good idea in your opinion? What are the benefits v draw backs? Dunno where you are on the sale of knowing about this stuff but I listen to all input from folks just to up my knowledge base. Thanks.

    Not only was Ronnie massive, but he also had a very aesthetically pleasing physique as well (perfect symmetry, broad shoulders, narrow waist etc), which is close to impossible for guy weighing nearly 300 pounds.
