School of Law, University of Warwick
Warwick Law School pioneered the study of law in its social, political and economic context.
The School's research follows many tracks, emphasising historical, international, comparative, theoretical and cross-cultural approaches.
Its contextual approach encompasses criminal, commercial, corporate, environmental and human rights law. Interdisciplinary strengths include, law and development, law and gender and law and humanities.
Our research underpins how we teach, leading to distinctive research-led modules at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
Our graduates are sought after for their strengths in both legal doctrine and in thinking about law imaginatively and contextually. The desirability of these skills is reflected in our graduates' high employment rates.

He's trolling. This is not a scholarly presentation, and with monetization, he's racked up 2,001 views.
Brilliant illustration. I wish I knew this when I got married
nice one.
same sex marriage is not fully legal in england and wales, until humanist marriage is fully legal in england and wales
Tip: Don't try to rote learn the answers or be straightforward if you can't. 1) Try to learn the concept in your own first spoken language or in a simplified way, point to point. 2) It is okay to hesitate and it is positive too because the scope of cheating has increased in Viva exams. If a person answers a question "too perfectly" the professors may start suspecting you. It is better to hesitate and pause in the middle to form sentences so that it shows that you actually did prepare for the viva and are tensed.
Dr.Meroka my HR lecturer, looking forward to joining Warwick.I'm highly inspired by you.
Dr.Muthomi Thiankolu was my lecturer,I'm inspired by you and I'm looking forward to joining Warwick
Hi , Marie Pillon. Your video was really helpful for me. I have a question to you. Is there any way to contact with you ? I will be really grateful to you if you give a chance to contact with you.
Marvelous
This really won’t do and as an academic essay is unscholarly, extraordinarily reductive and in places downright shoddy. There are all manner of very basic conflations here. A lot of the attributions of Bowie’s interests in this or that are unsupported by evidence- your selection of quotations to back up these statements are selective and decontextualised. You quote an interview in playboy that is about the idea of getting the Fascist tendencies swirling at that time over. The liberalism of the 70s had begun to devolve into the narcissism of the me, me ,me culture that has turned into the new- resurgence of the far right we see today. Calling Hitler a rock star, is obviously a joke, but one with a serious meaning, which is to say the idolatry of rock stars echoed the totalitarian fantasies embedded in western culture and myth. You also conflate the character with Bowie himself, which is unacceptable. You can’t on the one hand talk of performativity and then speak of this as if it were a direct reflection of Bowie’s personality. You ignore other more personalized statements by Bowie about socialism. Perhaps you should also study the reception of Bunuel’s Le Chief Andalu and Nietzsche before you dump them into a category of intrinsic Fascism.
Bowie wasn't joking, nor was he wrong. Stop virtue signaling
And please define National Socialist.
@@roguespearsf you have no idea what virtue signal means
@@roguespearsf Amen :)
I'm going to nail my LL.M viva day after tomorrow! Thank you very much for the tips!
Will this course be available for 2023 entry please?
Hi Hula, our courses will be changing in 2022 and this course will be stopping. We are looking into bringing in an alternative business programme but at the moment we haven't got a start date or any further details. Further information will be available here once it has been confirmed: warwick.ac.uk/fac/soc/law/applying/undergraduate/
@@schooloflawuniversityofwar2232 Thanks for replying, but what happens to people who want to study a degree with a mix of law and business in years to come?

Nice
If you publish something that is actually "unhelpful" that provokes numerous more helpful responses, then was it unhelpful?
Bowie was 100% correct about everything. Stop virtue signaling
@@roguespearsf i dont think they were trying to virtue signal haha
Very inspiring for me.
My Viva was easier than I thought it would be. The questions fell right into my lap...but the preparation was nerve racking.
Amazing speech...
What an intelligent young woman. I wish Governments had more people like her.
what is IDL and what is it's relevance?
I took this course and it was my favourite! Dr Bryan was so nice and was so thorough in explaining all the legal concepts. I recommend this module to everyone.
Thank you for the useful information professor Faundez. I am a second year degree student, and I had no glue of what I am doing. This brings a lot of perspective.
Great work Abdul. Love to you & Lorraine from Michael No one.
