If one wonders what is being zoomed in on… future “Sky tower”. There’s been a lot of these videos done on the same tower… not sure why. It hasn’t changed its render or height in some time. Fine tuning on the simulations ?

The building hasn't changed, but the real thing is now finally above grade... also the rest of the Toronto model has slightly changed, new towers added, old ones removed, some textures upgraded, things like that...

Adds to this confusion of what’s the focus in your simulations. Hope this helps for future videos. I’ll watch for those corrections. And clarifications. They are all real proposals. Stale proposals, and towers that have been rejected by the city, are removed immediately. Some are approved by council, others have not yet been approved. Some have been proposals for years, others were just proposed this week... There shouldn't be any confusion, ALL of the towers that I can cram in are represented, all of the proposals, all of the towers under construction, and of course, all of the built towers too. As for the title... I am not going to change it. I find it very useful to sort my videos. Best if you read the Description, which says which building I am zooming in to.

Still missing the building in focus as a title or heading. You keep dating them like it’s relevant for us who watch what you’re creating. Love your work, and respect the hard work in making these models but not having a clue what the building in focus is. Office? Residential? Proposed? Built? I mean I know its proposals your modelling but sure betting most who click on these won’t have a clue. It might help ur view count. And help condos sell.

Friendly advice. you title your videos? So we know what we are looking at exactly. Or zooming into. Or at least highlight the building you’re featuring. Cause many won’t watch these as there’s zero context for newbies. I know every building my self but other may not even click to watch. Maybe? Sorry friend. Not meaning to sound snotty. I have watched all your videos but, I know what you’re doing, however don’t mean everyone does. Just a thought. Cheers and still love your hard work at this. It’s very helpful and really gives a visual of how things ,any look with new construction projects and or some possibilities.

I create the buildings in Second Life, an online 3D interactive environment. Some are just one object, other buildings have as many as 40 or more objects joined together to get the correct shape and dimensions. Each object can be stretched, cut, molded, twisted, hollowed out, you name it... but creating rounded buildings is rather difficult. The ground is simply multiple screen shots of satellite views from Google Earth and pasted together. I have been working on it for many years now.

Anyone else think this thing just looks like a big obstructing wall. It doesn’t fit into the skyline nicely at all. And hides the newest office tower directly north. Yes Gumby… aka TD building rounded top. Please developers redesign this building. Its looks very out of place and I know this design has been around for some time. It’s far to fat. And make all the other buildings around them seem oddly skinny.

You need to remember that big office towers are no longer on the horizon these days. It is likely that Union Centre never gets built, or not for a long time at least...

There are 2 "1 Bloor" buildings. Number One Bloor is 257 metres and 75 story's tall. The One ( address is 1 Bloor West) is 309 metres and 85 story's tall. Sugar Wharf's tallest is 299 metres and 90 story's tall. The 2 "1 Bloors" are across the street from each other. It can be rather confusing...

In the the thumbnail they look like they were built in Minecraft. The roofs of those three towers are grass and the rest of them are dirt

Looks great but I’d suggest a Color change as in real life the cladding has started to go up and it will appear more like it’s nieghbour to the north corner. Very dark with a lighter exoskeleton. But if this is to be the hieghts (approved ?) wow. What a cool tower

My software doesnt allow for creating the shape of the glass on the towers properly, so I have been reluctant to 'zoom-in' on them so far... I'm still working on it. One of these days I'll figure it out.
